Stunning mural installed outside the Evans Police Department

A local effort all around: Northern Colorado's own artist Armando Silva created this beautiful mural that will hang on the South side of the Evans Police Department. The large mural was installed by Evans's own design company Biltrite Signs, who installed the mural with a crane in less than 2 hours.
