Cycling The West Kootenay's abandoned railroad beds

This video contains footage of The Great Trail ( aka Trans Canada Trail ) or since we're in their backyard, we'll call it what the locals call it, the Columbia & Western Rail Trail. Amazing scenery and photo ops are endless, and the C&WTS even provides firewood stocked camping/picnic spots along this section! We started a bit west of Bulldog Tunnel, rode east towards Castlegar to meet a friend, then rode back west towards Christina Lake.
