The beauty of high resolution, complete control, compact digital photography is how versatile photography can be in a pocket size unit. I went on a three week walking trek twenty years ago in the hills of northern Vietnam with two camera bags weighting close to ten pounds. Though the digital camera was one megapixel, it was my favourite camera because I was able to get Vietnamese children to poise and show them right away so they could analyze whether it was good or not. They did that three time until they though it was just right. That photo was award winning. I would do it again with the OnePlus 12 in a heart beat.
I think the best thing about this series is how each of you are showing off two different shooting modes and not doing the exact some thing. I love a good photography/b-roll challenge, and this is such a fun idea around that.
My favorite challenge is the capturing of the Mustang using the master mode option! As growing youtuber that has been shooting and editing ALL my videos on my OnePlus 7pro, i am already excited about the OnePlus 12.... hopefully one day!🤞🏾

I love how beautiful all the photos were. I got into photography when i got my OnePlus5t and have been using it since to capture every moment of my life.
The color palette of the entire video lends a very cinematic feel to it, loved it! The car shots looked stunning & the portraits were straight up gorgeous. The subtle inclusion of a branch of leaves in the portraits was a really nice touch & greatly added to the overall feel of the shots. Great job Alen! 👏

Both the master mode and portrait mode stood out,the master mode had the colour contrast and the versatility which every photographer would dream of,and the portrait mode had such nice background differentiation and the portraits were crisp,however my fav remains the later,you gotta love this Hasselblad camera,wow❤❤
The master mode challenge is definitely the best one. You can see how the red in the car got so vibrant. It really captures the magic in that type of vehicle.

Honestly the master mode is insane! The control over the photo is beautiful and will allow you to take great quality photos as if you're using a professional camera. I have to say Master mode is my favorite.
Master mode ie pro mode on the 12 with the classic 60s mustang is def the best challenge of the video. And the settings that are avail for adjustment is just cray!

The portrait shots in second challenge are my favourite. It's interesting to see that holding a leafy branch in hand can give quite a depth of field to portrait subject.

For me, using Master or Pro Mode means utilising the full potential of the smartphone camera, and you did it well. I feel a little jealous of you because of your drive in the “Mustang Convertible”. A classic Mustang in red color, what a beauty! OnePlus 12 captured its beauty perfectly. As a beginner in photography I want to know that when shooting images of objects such as smartphones, how can I choose the most suitable background to achieve the best depth of field effect and enhance contrast for the focused object?

The master mode offers a wide range of features, including raw image capture and image control settings. The car photographs have turned out exceptionally well. The portrait mode shots are simply incredible, with remarkable crispness and sharpness. I especially appreciated how you incorporated leaves to enhance the portrait shots, creating a beautiful effect.
what is with the big fsss about master mode.... we hade that since oneplus 3-5 i quess :)) why so big fsss now ? don't get it .... even i'm a user of oneplus since oneplus one and i have not the oneplus 9 pro .... all phones have this manual controls now :))
I really liked the Portrait challenge. I am an amateur photographer and I really enjoy taking Portraits so that part of the video is just heartwarming to see. The capabilities of this phone just seem to be endless when it comes to taking pictures.

Master mode challenge is my favorite challenge. Those shots with the pro mode are incredible . Exposure, white balance, ISO seems perfect combination in those shots.

I mean, not everyone can strike a pose like a pro and still look natural, right? and then he went for a copter ride. 🙌🙌) This shot is so sharp, I feel like I could walk right into it! 🤯 also the way Alen used the twig from the tree to add that extra pop of depth of field.
