    Great review. Simply the best "do everything on tarmac" bike you can buy. Just replaced the chain for the first time on my 2018 bike after ... 30k miles. Michelin PR5 or Metzler 01SE tyres last around 7500 miles. Mine has been to the Alps, the Dolomites, the Pyrenees, the Picos, has been on the Autobahn at ... er ... autobahn speeds, and has been used to commute into the centre of London. At no point have I ever felt that a different bike would do the job better. The only option for replacing my 2018 bike has been ordered - a 2024 H2 SX SE!

    Great review fella… I’ve had my H2SXSE since 2019, always had sports bikes before including two Busa’s. Never thought I’d get rid of my last Busa, but the H2 is just in a league of its own.
    I’ve been all over Europe two up fully laiden, absolutely faultless. Now it’s out of warranty I’ve had it remapped, she’s now putting out 222 bhp! I then went to Italy and back, two up for two weeks. Honestly this thing is superb and she’s going to the grave with me😂

    Best reviews on utube for us normal sized people.
    Really help me in my bike choices, gives me a good idea how I look on the machine.
    Keep up the good work.

    Hi Lofty, I had a 2nd gen busa. Loved it but was a bit too heavy. Bought a cbr650r to replace it, lovely bike but I do miss the busa grunt. I know there are a few different H2's in the category. In your opinion how does the H2 compare to the busa wight wise etc I fitted bar rises to the busa which made it a lot easier for riding. I've been watching a couple of your your videos, and I'm very interested maybe to test ride one. Looking forward to hearing from you. I'm 5' 7" with 29" inseam for ergonomics in a sense, and 15 1/5 stone.

      Any of the 1000 SX variants are plenty quick enough and far more nimble than a Busa...thanks for watching

    I notice a distinct lack of Yamaha bikes in your videos. No local dealer? I too am tall, so your reviews are very useful. Would like to see you on a MT09.

      Correct 100 miles to nearest Yam dealership.....Never ridder the MT09, but I did own an XSR900 and found it very comfy solo....great engine the CP3, one of the best out there...The Tracer 9 gives the biggest bike feel.......

    How tall are you? I have a Multistrada 1200 but I have been drooling over this h2 sx. The buggest turn off is the weight and the potentital bad comfort compared to the multi. I am 190 cm

    • @theloftybiker3090
      @theloftybiker3090  4 месяца назад

      Im 195cm and found this bike very cramped....very much like the Busa, a big long heavy bike with very little leg room...thanks for watching

    Weapon of choice is a good phrase to use, that’s some machine probably a bit too fast for me, too tempting my licence may go walkies. I don’t think my old bones would tolerate a sports bike nowadays, I’ll stick with my tourer
