Like, it could be seen as lowest common denominator 'bad guys aren't all bad,' but, based on the Primus, not all Kett are mindless hive-beings bound to the Archon. Not to mention it could be interesting to see Jaal interact with them after knowing what he knows, as well as general culture outside of militaristic parasitism. If they have one...
Sounds similar to how you can recruit Legion to your squad in Mass Effect 2, and see how Tali responds to it in your crew. Personally, I want to see more aliens, as Andromeda has only introduced two so far. I know we've only explored the Helius Cluster so far, but there really hasn't been much lore on how the Kett Empire operates (politically). There's aso some indication that there are vassals underneath the Kett, so it would be interesting to see why they weren't 'indoctrinated' (can't remember the actual term used in the game) like the Angara and the Milky Way races in the Helius Cluster.

I hope BW adds a bunch of new andromeda aliens in next instalment. This is andromda so BW really shouldnt linger too much on Milky way stuffs. It would be even more interesting if Ketts are at war against other Alien species in different andromeda cluster. Even better, make those new aliens as vilian so Ryder will be dealing with two big hostile civilisations.

I'd Like to see the kett as allies at some point but it doesn't look promising. Also towards the start when you talk to suvi about andromeda she said a geth device in darkspace was found 1st it didn't seem like the geth would do that and 2nd darkspace is pretty much where the reapers are I don't know if it would be annoying or cool to see the reapers again.
I don't believe anymore "tech" from the Milky Way will ever appear in Andromeda. It would make everything not a threat. It was said Prothean technology was actually more advanced than Remnant (which would put Reapers above everything in Andromeda so far), if somehow Reapers made their way there, they would become the threat, again. Not fun. Reapers are Shepards story. Now, Geth are another case. I actually would like to see them again. The arks left before the Quarian/Geth war was solved, so it could be an interesting plot there. But i dunno, this is a new trilogy, kinda want to have completly new things and not cling to the past games
My guess and hope is that they try to pull something like in the Xeelee-sequence. A dark matter-race would be fucking awesome! In Mass Effect 2, in Tali's mission, Tali says the sun of that system seems to be aging quicker than it should, or something like that. Which could be because of dark matter-creatures like in the Xeelee-books. I wish that the over-arching story-arc of Andromeda 1-2-3 will be something about the Remnants' war against and their defeat by a dark matter-race.

Kett you see in Andromeda is just as small taskforce that's sent to Helius Cluster - beyond Helius, there's entire Kett Empire spanning rest of Andromeda Galaxy, with many more Archons (they're basically task-force commanders/regional governers). Yes. Minor sidekid of Kett Empire almost managed to win. Now imagine taking on the rest of Kett Empire.
