man this is the coolest thing ive ever seen i cant wait to see it
Thanks man! Yes, I also can't wait to see it in the real world.
Absolutely amazing, isn’t really incredible seeing how your sheer passion pushed you to learn other skills and push you out of your comfort zone to be able to take the first step towards this really exciting project! Can’t wait to see the next video on it!!
That is so true. I feel like since I made these videos my skills have evolved times 200. Let it be the english language, video editing, grafic design, online marketing, music production and even craftsmanship because of the guitar building processes. All of this is very exciting and I'm very grateful for people like you, being excited about the stuff I'm sharing. 🙏
Congratulations! I'm very excited to see how this project progresses.
Thank you so much, I keep you guys posted.
WOOOOOOO NEW SHOEGAZER UPLOAD LETS GOOOOOO
YAAAYYY
really, really cool project my friend. Cant wait to see the guitar
Thank you so much. I'm also super excited for the end result.
Aesthetically, I think the shape could use some work, but I imagine you're going purely functional at this point
Yeah, that's a good point. I imagined it a bit different. The shape evolved simply from all the electronic parts that I want to insert. So basically they determined the end shape. If I add "coolness" I would also add "weight". At least that's what I think atm. :)
Very interesting ideas! I built a lot of experimental guitars and synths back in 80 ties from plastic, wood and metal & i think 3D printing is worst choice to implement your idea... Most important thing for guitar is to hold the tension of the guitar strings, and unfortunately it require the straight of central hard wood block, if you want the guitar to be tuned and hold the tune... All the electronics can be placed around both sides of that block and can be put into two plywood boxes, that weight less than material used for 3D printing... Every experienced carpenter can make it in one day, especially if you provide to him pieces of woods used in guitar making.... and of course luthier can do it with ease...
It's cool seeing the progress, I'm glad to see you didn't abandon the idea. You went a different direction with your construction of the body than I thought you would. I was going to suggest looking into how danelectro guitars are made. If you scrap this version because of it being too steep, a learning curve,. The danelectro construction method could be a new lightweight guitar body idea, and you could go back to a guitar builder, which is more familiar. Either way, you should be proud of your creation it's super cool!
this is so mind blowing, maaaaaaaaaaaan
Tell me about it. My brain is melting 🤯🫠
absolutely fascinating!!! bravo!!!
Now I know I definitely don't want to build my own guitar 😂😂😂
