Regarding your talk about bad breath. That majority of people have acid reflux . I believe that is what causes bad breath. All you really need is go get some Acid reflex medication or Tums. Or even just peppermint candy will helps. It helped my husband!!

Brush and floss 2-3x a day, and go to sleep with a cleaned mouth. Stinky breath is probably from gingivitis (gum disease). Go see your dentist or hygienist for your cleaning(s).
