If someone use for the first time and you do not have option of data analysis than go to file menu and click on add-in option in that option click on Tool pack in which click on add in to excel but make sure your are connected with internet connection and than click on add

I'm not a statistician .... but the tiny p-value means that there is almost zero probability that the data are from the same population ... do you have enough data points in each population?
