This works great- I appreciate it! The only thing I'd like to be able to do is 'turn off' the blur when I'm not using it. I tried un-checking the stopwatches as well as the green bubble next to the mask. This makes the blur disappear while I'm edidting, but when I export the video, the blur is visible even when I'm not moving it to obscure a face.
Hi. Thanks for tutorial. I followed exactly what you said. When i export it and view the video the blur is much bigger than what i selected. And it's not in the same place as where I put it. Sometimes it is, sometimes 3cm too much to the left. What could be the cause? Thank you.
Damn, I was praying that there would be some form of [select shape] to have the software do the majority for you. Time to spend 2 days editing an 8 minute video. Wo!
There isn't many editors that can auto track, even with these you stall have to put extra work in the second a person is obscured by something. Have a look at Davinci Resolve it's free and can auto track. Davinci Resolve: How To Auto Track And Blur A Moving Face Or Object. Motion Tracking. ruclips.net/video/Mfhao1MB2yQ/видео.html
@@ChipperVideos That might be a useful alternative if I lose my resolve. I am mainly just trying to track text across the scene and have it follow objects and I gravitated towards these videos to see if I could just cheat and change the routing of something that can auto track onto text. If curious, see SovietWomble for reference.
