Another sparking revelation of the full body of work behind discoveries in physics. Not the usual "sanitised" version mentioned during physics courses that only mentions headliners!

Thanks for highlighting Perrin. I never heard of such an important scientist.

The history and accomplishments in Physics from 1880 to 1920 are astounding! We went from the Three Food Groups of Physics (Mechanics, Electrodynamics & Thermodynamics/Statistical Mechanics) to four, adding Quantum Mechanics.

Which is also interesting is that later was realized that these kind of procecesses actually violates the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, being example of pathological functions, leading to the study of Stochastic Differential Equations through Ito's Calculus, among others attempts to solve them.

calling it "measuring avocadro's number" is a little bit misleading, since that constaint is basically a very big number that we decided upon to make working with atoms easier. Other than that great video.

A really interesting video! I am planning on buying a microscope one day just to see it. I think it will be as fascinating as seeing a planet for the first time through a telescope

      Good idea
USB microscopes are pretty cheap - maybe saves the cost of the viewing lenses

This implies electrons were validated to exist before atoms.
Which is a weird series of events to think about.
