Bionicle: Heroes [Doom Mod]

The Toa Mata battle Makuta and their forces to restore peace to their land.
Makuta, Lord of Shadows, has won and conquered the tropical island of Mata Nui, to rule over the land and it's inhabitants. The Matoran, the villagers of Mata Nui have either been killed or corrupted via Krana masks, these possessing the ability to control the host's mind, assimilating them into the hostile Krana swarms. Now their protectors, the Toa Mata, must now fight back against this invasion force and reclaim Mata Nui.
The Toa Mata, the playable characters here, are heroes with elemental-based powers and share the same destiny, to revive the island's namesake deity. In addition, they act as guardians of Mata Nui against any who would dare try to attack the island.
Please note, these details are for this respective mod, not the 2006 video game despite sharing the same title.
The "Bionicle Heroes: Doom Edition" v1.1.0 features six playable characters, the Toa Mata, each with different default weaponry and featuring a total of eight weapons. It also includes an enemy monster set of foes from the series as part of the mod itself. To play without them or include the enemies separately would require the "BHDE Monster" mod which is included in the links section below.
To note, this latest version does lack a fullscreen HUD and a quick melee attack, owing to oversight and creative decision respectively. I'm not sure if the mod is still active since the last update was from July 2022, still this does offer some fun gameplay.
The music mod "Bionicle Heroes Music Pack" made for a welcome addition to the atmosphere, featuring the soundtrack from the original Bionicle: Heroes.
The "Brotherhood of Ruin: The Lost Temple" map, is a single map pk3 set in a temple ruin, featuring a well designed layout though being a little tricky to navigate admittedly, with over 300 enemies and definitely delivering a decent challenge for players.
