Wanted to write this same comment. I've been playing Siren (Doom mod). I think ID Software and the people of Zdoom have the perfect platform for basically anything. Less is more here because the constraints of the engine actually end up being things that invite creative minds (modders) to aim for the impossible. And...the often achieve the impossible.
It's sad that this is the closest we'll probably get to a good Perfect Dark/Deus Ex sequel. I have no faith in the new Perfect Dark remale, and Deus Ex is basically dead at this point.
I wish I could post a link to it, but there's another good Perfect Dark mod, Perfect Dark Weapons in Doom Reloaded, which is by Raffine52, definitely recommend checking it and other mods by the same author out.

Looks more inviting than new AAA games. Been playing Ashes and Selaco these past couple years, GZ Doom has so much to give in skillful hands!

I don't think it provides a Perfect Dark soundtrack, just a weapon set mod.
