- Did you get an A-Z claim recently because a carrier delivered your package late? Did Amazon steal your money and give it to your customer? This video should help guide you on how to proceed.
A few notes: This will not guarantee a turnover by Amazon. They make the rules and can break the rules.
And: DO NOT copy /paste this. Use it as a guide to write your own.

Dear Amazon,
This order was shipped on (Enter shipment date) with tracking number: (Tracking number) by USPS (or whatever other carrier you used). The shipment can be tracked using this link: tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfir... (Or whatever carriers tracking service you used)
According to the order’s tracking information, the package was shipped to the correct address on (Date shipped). This was within the required shipment date. The shipping was purchased from Amazon using Buy Shipping. According to the Amazon’s policy regarding Buy Shipping Services, Amazon will cover any non-receipt claims regarding shipments sent using their service. Here is Amazon’s Buy Shipping Policy addressing A-Z claims: “If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Amazon will cover the cost of these claims and they will not affect your Order Defect Rate.” Link to the policy: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/h... 68.
Please credit my account and close this claim since the shipping was bought from Amazon and as such is covered with the Buy Shipping Policy. Thank you.

Great advice! Thanks!!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for the guidance
I just liked and subscribed. We'll see if I have to file an A-to-Z to Hustle Buddies if AMZ denies my A-to-Z claim. LOL.
Deal!
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial Excellent success so far!!!
Can you please share few of this template which we can use by editing
Did Amazon change their policy about reimbursement? The language changed as far as I can tell where Amazon will still side with you for an item that was marked by the carrier as delivered and shipping purchased through Amazon, but Amazon will not cover the cost of these anymore if I am reading it right. The language on the Amazon site now says "Use supported couriers: Amazon offers Buy Shipping Services that enables sellers in certain marketplaces to purchase pre-paid, tracked shipping labels from Amazon and have packages collected directly from their premises. If sellers ship on time using Amazon's Buy Shipping, sellers are protected against A-to-z Guarantee Claims if the Claim is related to delivery issues. Under those circumstances, even a granted Claim will not impact your account health, although you may still be responsible for reimbursing the buyer." Is this correct? Amazon will no longer reimburse us?
In Case of FBM Model How can you Convince Amazon about late Shipment?. Further, What's the next step if amazon granted them A to z Claim and your ODR will rise than 1%.
can you dispute the A-z claim with your bank? some cheating customers unfortunatly claim that the package never arrived, while they receive the package. And amazon does not hear the seller, and does not refund the seller.
what about sellr fullfiled orders?
Do you suggest that the customer file an A-Z Claim? I've been getting messages from customers for a refund because they never received their item. I refund, stating that I expect them to return to me with a prepaid shipping label. I know I'm being super trusting, so wondering if I'm doing this wrong. Just learned that I just disqualified myself for filing an SAFE-T claim because I refunded the customer already.
if they didn’t receive their package to begin with how are you going to expect them to send back what they never got?
@@julietvalentine2467 this was a couple years ago, during Q4, deliveries were taking longer than usual. As I said I had trust in the buyer and delivery service.
Does this work if the buyer asked for a refund and I refunded them? Or should I of directed them to filing an a to z claim?
If the customer didn't file an A-Z claim, then you can't appeal the A-Z claim - because there isn't one.
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial Ok thanks for the answer. So in low cost cases just refund and move on. In other cases direct them to file an a to z claim. Than appeal said claim. Thanks Nathan!
@@billflipper1130 Mhm I'd say that's a good plan.
Have you ever had a review that was completely false removed from your listing?
Listing reviews are irrelevant to me because they aren't my listings.
Seller reviews - Yes I have had many removed.
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial How do you remove negative listing reviews?
@@lukem5962 You can open a case... but again those shouldn't matter to you. Not worth your time as it doesn't affect an arbitrage business.
Does amazon accept carrier tracking link? Because on amazon the tracking is not updated anymore because carrier is not integrated. Will i win a z claim?
If you didn't buy shipping through Amazon, you will lose every A-Z claim.
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial but buy shipping is only for domestic shipments not to other countries😕so if you ship international will you lose? Especially now carriers dont get signature but the driver himself confirms delivery. So confirmation is in text, not a customer signing it.
@@TheCustomer I don't ship fbm international. High risk, low reward.
@@HustleBuddiesOfficial one last question, buyer receieved the package and tracking says delivered on the carrier website but on Amazon its not updated. Will amazon accept the carrier link info or it has to show delivered on amazon otherwise i lose a-z?
I am SO DONE with Amazon. I bought a bike and it clicked twice and I ordered two by mistake, I was unaware of this. The delivery person delivered them to the mail room instead of following my instructions and leaving it by my door. So months later I am told about a large package as they are closing the mail room. I try return it but the seller only wants to give me 50%. I am told that is unacceptable, and to not return it. Three months of perpetual run-around (5 customer service people promising a refund, including a supervisor) A-to-Z says that I waited too long, and I failed to return it. Both THEIR FAULT. I have quit Prime, and will never spend over $50 on an Amazon item, as I have NO CONFIDENCE in the A-to-Z coverage, and neither should you. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and the consequences, leaving me out nearly $300.
Stop telling people to buy shipping from Amazon. Poor poor advice by you size. 👎
If you want be be covered by Amazon you must buy shipping through Amazon. If you don't care about being covered by the A-Z coverage than you can take your thumbs down and ship in any way you would like :)
