    Just dealt with my first A to Z Claim and it was absolutely awful as a buyer. The seller spent the entire time pressuring me to drop the claim, like three e-mails each day asking me to drop it, and when things resolved I now understand why, neither of us got anything close to what we wanted out the situation and Amazon completely ignored communication from me, the person who filed the claim in the first place. I'm pissed, just pissed off with Amazon.
    I'm obviously complaining here, because they just ignore any other communication and send a copy-paste reply. So Frustrating.

    Do not buy anything under A to Z guarantee.. Amazon is getting huge commissions from the sellers and Amazon don't care their buyers.. Please read return policy before buying any product on Amazon

      From talking with the seller in my situation they hated the process as well. Neither of us was happy with the situation. E-bay is much better, and that's a very, very low bar they set.

    How long should a claim take to fulfill. My bro ordered something on Amazon for Christmas for me and as you can see it still it's now March and it hasn't arrived and he has put in a claim.

    What happens when you place a third party order through Amazon, and your credit card info gets changed twice to a card I do not have, and then you are double billed for the item. They denied the double billing all the way up to my bank providing proof, and turning it over to their Fraud Division. In addition I have filed charges at the County Sheriff’s Office to have it on record. Amazon has yet to answer 1. Who changed my credit card info (twice) 2. Who charged a second transaction to my account? The item I ordered was returned, and an attempted delivery of a second item I declined. The item was just not as advertised. A to Z Guarantee; a joke! They tried to get me to keep an incomplete and rusting item. It will be one month in another day and I am still waiting on BOTH refunds.

    We are seller on Amazon and a customer received our product and immediately claimed an A-Z Guarantee claim at Amazon ("Claim: it was not the right product"). Never contacted us while we send many messages to verify if we maybe sent the wrong product (it wasn't because registered shipment size was exact of the ordered product) or solve in a good way with customer. Then Amazon granted that the customer was right and don't pay us and we send a return label to customer which never was returned. So, customer has a free product. And Amazon? Amazon is doing nothing. When contacting support, they send to "A-Z Guarantee department" while I think this is a "bot" because I always get a standard message that this order number is closed. So, this is the right way to get free products on Amazon! Order something on Amazon and then say to Amazon it is the wrong product and, if seller is too late with responding (or is not experienced with this), Amazon grants the claim and don't do anything anymore for the seller and gives money back to buyer without sending back the product.

      I am in the situation and the buyers kept doing this trick to get my products for free! Do you have any solutions for this? They kept saying that the product gets to them too late and they do the claim and got it for FREE!!!!

      @@DuyDepTraiPhoBaTrieu The best way is to stop selling by Amazon. But Amazon is in a powerful position, they don't care if a small seller stops selling at them, there are only a few alternative selling options (ebay f.e.) but I guess Ebay will copy the same tricks from Amazon. We were very lucky, the customer didn't answer us for 3 months and then we suddenly received a message that she was on a 3 month vacation (and didn't read her email?). But we sent a return label and we received the product back. But I now know that we should be very careful with this. Amazon doesn't help sellers, the customer is the boss, even when they cheat.

    We have been selling on Amazon for 10 years and it is getting bad. Nothing but catch-22. We shipped the item in one business day. Tracking shows delivered. Buyer opens A-Z claiming non-receipt. Amazon refunds them in full because they said tracking is not proof of delivery. We are out 32.70 and our item. The video said that the buyer has to contact us first. They never did. Just clicked a button and got all there money back. We only make 5.00 per sale before taxes. Even if we did buy the Signature Conf. like the video said, for 2.50, then the buyer gets mad because they have to go to the PO to get their stuff. Then they leave you a negative which is horrible. Sales just stop when that happens. All that for just following the rules.
