Kelsey is such an inspiration! from not having enough strength at NCA and falling on her passes she didnt give up and ask the coaches to make it easier on her, she came back with more strength and even harder skills! I LOVE HER!
Everyone saying they should've won, no. They deserve the place they got. Senior elite and panthers were both near perfect. Phenomenal execution and very minimal mistakes/deductions. Don't get me wrong, WCSS are amazing and I love them, but they're just not as clean as SE & panthers.
In all honesty - I am soo proud of Kelsey! I don't know Kelsey or anyone on the shooting stars but i saw March's competition and how she fell in her tumbling and her flexibility isn't great but in a month her tumbling turns into fantastic and her flexibility is slowly getting better. Very impressed. Go girly! :)

Senior elite did have more difficulty in building and more sync tumbling but if senior elite dropped the def could have won! This was their best performance since 2009 and it was amazing to watch!!!
I made my mom watch this and all of the other large senior teams and she just assumed that WCSS won and when I said they didn't she could not understand why. Honestly this routine was the best 2 and a half minutes of worlds. Gold metal or not we all know whose performance was the best.

In ALL the time I've been to going to competitions I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard or seen a crowd react like that - you could FEEL the energy, it was contagious and defeaning. No matter what color their medal, those girls went home KNOWING they put on THE BEST performance of their lives - they were and are #1 - regardless of the judges score!
I just commented but i wanted to say that i am completely obsessed with this performance and i can't stop watching it. Every single girl on this team deserved a performance like this and truthfully they deserved to win too but stars killed it and thats all that really matters. The seniors of WCSS get to retire with a beyond perfect performance and the younger girls get to start next season knowing they are capable of a performance as amazing as this.

This is just Such an Amazing team! i get goosebumps every time i watch this routine. Not only did they HIT perfectly, but they put on a SHOW like they always do. That Dance is everything, their transitions are creative, even the flyers in the air during the pyramid. CEA was great don't get me wrong, but it was just a typical CEA routine,nothing exciting. F5 was good to, but. F5 did what they always do, nothing new. Same "Diva/Queen theme" . WCSS always has a routine that stands out. Great JOB

Winning gold has evaded this team since 2009. I genuinely hope they come out with a bang this year and take it home. They're by far one of the best in the division (even though the entire division is phenomenal) and deserve to bring it back up here to NJ. They have recruited some AMAZING kids for SS over the summer and Kelsey or no Kelsey they have the talent, if they can execute their routine they should be able to win this year, especially with one of the major players (F5) out of the equation

Senior Elite took out the jumps to standing tumbling and turned that into synchronized running tumbling. I think Senior Elite also added 2 back flips in their pyramid as well. Senior Elite, Panthers, and Shooting Stars received 0 deductions for day 2. F5 had 3 points in deductions due to under-rotated double fulls.
I was on SE this past year and I can honestly say that this is the WCSS I have always loved and even though we won first I thought they were 10,000,000 times better than Panthers.

I love Cheer Extreme and seeing all this hate on them and other teams made me want to say that World cup, Senior Elite, Panthers and F5 all hit perfect routines that should be remembered for a long time. Senior Elite didn't win because there coach apparently went to the judges and World Cup didn't come 3rd because of Kelsey's jumps. Any of the top 4 could have won and it wasn't about who deserved it because each and every athlete puts in the same effort... this was a beautiful routine.
Actually, in the first sequence, CEA did : - 7 stretch to scale tick tocks (probably scores like high to low though cause some of them pause a little when pulling the scale) - 2 connected high to high and high to low tick tocks - 4 high to highs
other teams put on a cheerleading routine...shooting stars put on a FULL FLEDGED SHOW! best and most entertaining routine of worlds 2013 along with tglc
However, panthers stunting looked ridiculous at the Blue Debut & I'm sure SE has a trick or two up their sleeves to pull out a 3peat, so I hope SS is able to pull it off. I'm typically a diehard panthers fan, but as a former NJSE fab 5 cheerleader it'd be nice to see the gold come back to jersey this year. Let's get em stars!
I know what your saying, but SE tumbling was perfectly in sync, not a person was out of time during running and standing tumbling. also if you look at SE's jumps they were of impeccable timing compared to the other three. and yes they may have taken the stunts out but i guess even with easier stunts and all of the top 4 hitting practically perfect, SE are just way better :)
its interesting to me that panthers had a stunt move out of place (formation deduction) and during the opening their center flyer didn't even throw her pass right before the kick doubles- and they managed to get second, while stars had a difficult routine that I couldn't find a single mistake- but I could be wrong- and not know what I am talking about, I am no judge!
Let's not forget about orange either, although I personally believe it's going to take orange a couple of years to become successful in this division. Not Many teams walk into this division for the first time and medal. But it IS Orange we're talking about here, so I'm not counting them out just yet either, but my gut tells me this is SS or Panthers year.

Senior Elite definitely deserved first, but I think World deserved second. Their routine was amazing and I honestly liked it better than Panthers
