I've been loving Goodwill lately. I have picked up 2 x PS3 slims in the past month or so for 20 and 30 bucks, then turned around and sold them for 125 and 135, and one of them literally sold within an hour! I'm also sitting on a complete ps2 system with 2 controllers and 2 memory cards that I need to clean up and sell that I bought for 25.

Base set charizard has 120HP... I remember back in 1999 when I was 12 my grandma (who has since past) took me to the local book store called Van's Book Store to get a package of Pokemon Cards. It was the only place in town (pop. 3000) that sold Pokemon cards. I open the package and found Charizard I flipped my lid. I was the only kid that had a base Charizard for awhile. I still have that card today because of the memory of being with my grandma when I got it. Lol thats my story. Great channel keep up the good work.

A good note for original base set cards the hp is in red text not black.
You also have to look out for symbols on the edge bottom right or near the art of the Pokemon (examples for near the art is jungle or fossil)
Also the yellow border is slightly thicker than xy evolutions. Im not a hardcore card collector but its just good observation skills :) hoped this helped

The evolutions had a major power buff so you can easily tell the difference between the two, even if you dont know the set symbols. (Base set doesn't have one). Evolutions is still worth some money though. I got lucky and got a replacement for a base set that was stolen from me as a kid a couple of years back at a local game shop for $25.

I loved my TMNT toys but I was so happy as a young kid for Real Talkin' Bubba if you've heard of him. My oldest brother got him for me for my birthday and I was so happy. That and Firby's lol

My favorite toys were "Masters of the Universe" figures. I had about 50 of them back in the day in the 80s.

My 90s Star Wars toys were probably my favorite. I used to love making stop motion movies with them, wish I could find those tapes...

I had a digimon digivice that was a small electronic toy I played on. Came with a CD for the computer. I don’t know what happened to it but apparently they’re sought after now and worth a couple hundred dollars!

I was mainly into LEGOs as a kid, and I had the original He-Man Castle Grayskull. I sold it about 10 years ago, but man I wish I’d hung onto it.

The Red Star is an awesome game for the PS2. It’s a mix of shoot em up and best em up. Definitely worth having it in the collection, but I wouldn’t pay $35 for it (not knowing the actual value thou).
Hugo is a cartoon troll character from Sweden or Denmark, based on scandinavian mythology. It was created for simple videogames, initially not for PC or console but for TV shows in the 90s. People can dial in to the live show and control Hugo via the numpad of their phone. By beating the game you can win a price. The show aired in multiple countries in Europe, not sure if it made it to the Americas.
The Video Games initially were only Conversions of the TV games. Later on also dedicated games were released on console/PC.
Fun fact: there is also a GameBoy game with Hugo, which is a simple sprite swap of a previously released „Bugs Bunny crazy castle“ game. The characters and items of the Original game were simply replaced by ones from the Hugo „universe“ :)
    Cheers, Tobi
