You'll probably need some serious penetrating fluid & an impact wrench to get the nuts off. ( not wd40). Often for stubborn nuts, I use the right impact socket, then a 1/2 inch drive "breaker bar" which is hand operated. Once you get the initial tight threads to break free, THEN you can use the impact wrench.
