MAN that condo is hard AF but 3rd house has to be my favorite and personally just giving my opinion i would go with the house because of sooooo many reasons but that condo's dope af. so many things you would be able to do to/with a house that you wouldnt be able to do in a condo. and that basement really won me over in the 3rd house.
