The bagpipes are Uilleann pipes, played by Nightwish' multi-instrumentalist Troy Donockley. Better than this? They're all good, but i'd say try "7 days to the Wolves" (Wembley), where Troy is playing the bouzouki, and Floor does a really long windmill: "Wembley Let Goooo".

If you watch the Wacken 2013 version of this you can see Emppu tell Troy he is going to turn off Floor's in-ear then actually do it. 3:58 he runs behind her and turns it off, Floor turns it back on(4:01), Troy laughing that he actually did it (4:03), and Floor doing a spin while dancing to keep her eye on Emppu while laughing (4:28).
I heard the crowed was chanting an Argentine soccer chant , that Was Troy the 6th member of Nightwish , he was playing the Uilleann pipes an Irish bagpipe .
You've just met the other band member Troy from the UK, here he is playing the Uilleann ( elbow ) pipes, similar to bagpipes except not blown into but pumped bellow under one arm and windbag under the other !! Allows him to sing at the same time. He also plays various whistles, bouzouki, guitar with and without E- bow etc etc . To hear him play acoustic guitar look for acoustic version of How's The Heart, a stripped down version of a song from the latest album which is beautiful.

I personally love the intro. And in my opinion, you can put that intro on every video and have your logo/channel title come up and overlay in the lower left hand corner. Well I never thought of it like that! A lot of people don’t know it but my channel is for my original music. The reactions are just because I like to interact with everyone and discover new music!
Seriously though. That was a sign to me that you weren't just doing the video just to do it but with that riff showed that you were there for a reason. Music is meant to be shared and you shared something with us along with the reaction. Means more than you might know. I might not play but basic banjo and beginner bass and mid level Trombone but I appreciate anytime I get to hear someone do a riff, short drum fill, sing a short stretch of lyrics, or anything else like that. "Feels Good" moments. I agree with others that maybe just do a quick 30 sec riff/shred a teaser or appetizer if you will.

Cool intro! Oh boy, this one was fun but there are many, many songs that are better imho. "Song of Myself", "Dark Chest of Wonders" (both live at Wacken 2013), "Shudder Before the Beautiful", "7 Days to the Wolves" (both live at Wembley 2015), and then the masterpieces "The Poet and the Pendulum" (Wembley 2015) and "The Greatest Show on Earth" (Tampere or Wembley 2015). And after that brilliant songs from their latest album "Human :II: Nature" (2020) like "Shoemaker" or my favorite "Endlessness". And you have not tried any of their older performances with their first vocalist Tarja Turunen like "Phantom of the Opera", "Planet Hell" (both live at the End of an Era concert 2005) and "Dead Boy's Poem" (From Wishes to Eternity concert 2000). Enjoy!
The two biggest songs are 'poet and the pendulum' and 'greatest show on earth' are their biggest songs in terms of scope, scale and duration ( 14 minutes and about 20 minutes respectively). They are huge and you really need to research the backstory into those to get the maximum impact. So hold off on those until last. Every week or so I hear a new Nightwish song.... which becomes my favorite - been down this rabbit hole for about 2 years now. Also you might want to look at what the two previous leading ladies did in the pre Floor Jansen days. My current favourite songs, from the early days - I Wish I Had an Angel, Amaranth, Islander, Nemo and Scaretale. Also Floor did a live version of Phantom of the Opera with Henk Poort (Dutch Phantom - Andrew Lloyd Webbers favourite Phantom).
I don't know if they are necessarily better than this one, as almost each song of Nightwish has his charms. But 2 songs that I would like to recommend are: Shudder Before The Beautiful (live at Wembley Arena 2015) and Weak Fantasy (live at Tampere 2015). Those 2 songs also happens to be the first 2 songs on their studio album Endless Forms Most Beautiful, the first album they released with Floor on vocals (their 8th studio album in total).

This is my second favorite of theirs. My first is Alpenglow, another that heavily references Alice In Wonderland. If you want to do it, use the Wembley version.
I love this song and this video! If I just want to jam out to the song though, I will always watch the Wacken 2013 version because the sound is way better. Plus I love watching Empu prank Floor. It makes me giggle every time.

It's my personal favorite live track (although "Pan" from their newest album and not yet live, is my favorite overall.) Also, you asked for other bands. Have you seen Epica? They are definitely worth a look. I suggest "Sancta Terra" from their Retrospect concert. They have Floor as a guest vocalist on that one. If you like Prog, I would also suggest Ayreon. Start with "The Day that the World breaks Down." Finally, if you like Power Metal, take a look at Unleash the Archers. I suggest their song "Awakening." All that being said, nobody id in the Nightwish league and I'd be perfectly happy to keep hearing Nightwish.

The first thing I think when i see floor is ‘valkyrie’ This is the best live for this song. The crowed loved nightwish so much that floor danced through the whole stage. On other shows she dances a little but not on the whole stage like here- and without that dancing i find the other shows lacking (before i saw this one I liked other lives of this song as well but after this...no better version out there!)
Have you seen the Helsinki fan-cam where Floor chases Emppu all over the stage trying to get him to dance with her? She gets pretty dance-y in that one too, although the Helsinki crowd doesn't respond anything close to the Buenos Aires one. Seriously though. That was a sign to me that you weren't just doing the video just to do it but with that riff showed that you were there for a reason. Music is meant to be shared and you shared something with us along with the reaction. Means more than you might know. I might not play but basic banjo and beginner bass and mid level Trombone but I appreciate anytime I get to hear someone do a riff, short drum fill, sing a short stretch of lyrics, or anything else like that. "Feels Good" moments. I agree with others that maybe just do a quick 30 sec riff/shred a teaser or appetizer if you will.

When it comes to this video, I love the whole vibe, the crowd jumping around, singing and the band interacting with them, I Want My Tears Back always causes this effect of pure happiness and great energy

Cool intro! Oh boy, this one was fun but there are many, many songs that are better imho. "Song of Myself", "Dark Chest of Wonders" (both live at Wacken 2013), "Shudder Before the Beautiful", "7 Days to the Wolves" (both live at Wembley 2015), and then the masterpieces "The Poet and the Pendulum" (Wembley 2015) and "The Greatest Show on Earth" (Tampere or Wembley 2015). And after that brilliant songs from their latest album "Human :II: Nature" (2020) like "Shoemaker" or my favorite "Endlessness". And you have not tried any of their older performances with their first vocalist Tarja Turunen like "Phantom of the Opera", "Planet Hell" (both live at the End of an Era concert 2005) and "Dead Boy's Poem" (From Wishes to Eternity concert 2000). Enjoy!
Those are uilleann pipes, the traditional Irish bagpipes. Instead of a mouthpiece, he inflates the bag with his right arm. Cool reaction!

The two biggest songs are 'poet and the pendulum' and 'greatest show on earth' are their biggest songs in terms of scope, scale and duration ( 14 minutes and about 20 minutes respectively). They are huge and you really need to research the backstory into those to get the maximum impact. So hold off on those until last.
Every week or so I hear a new Nightwish song.... which becomes my favorite - been down this rabbit hole for about 2 years now.
Also you might want to look at what the two previous leading ladies did in the pre Floor Jansen days.
My current favourite songs, from the early days - I Wish I Had an Angel, Amaranth, Islander, Nemo and Scaretale.
Also Floor did a live version of Phantom of the Opera with Henk Poort (Dutch Phantom - Andrew Lloyd Webbers favourite Phantom).

I don't know if they are necessarily better than this one, as almost each song of Nightwish has his charms. But 2 songs that I would like to recommend are: Shudder Before The Beautiful (live at Wembley Arena 2015) and Weak Fantasy (live at Tampere 2015).
Those 2 songs also happens to be the first 2 songs on their studio album Endless Forms Most Beautiful, the first album they released with Floor on vocals (their 8th studio album in total).
Alpenglow is a happy Time Song like this ....look the version of Mexico ( they have more temprament like the Europäer )

This is my second favorite of theirs. My first is Alpenglow, another that heavily references Alice In Wonderland. If you want to do it, use the Wembley version.
I love this song and this video! If I just want to jam out to the song though, I will always watch the Wacken 2013 version because the sound is way better. Plus I love watching Empu prank Floor. It makes me giggle every time.

Make it a thing; I enjoyed it. Great reaction BTW! For other Nightwish, I don't think you've done "Song of Myself" from Wacken 2013. It's my personal favorite live track (although "Pan" from their newest album and not yet live, is my favorite overall.) Also, you asked for other bands. Have you seen Epica? They are definitely worth a look. I suggest "Sancta Terra" from their Retrospect concert. They have Floor as a guest vocalist on that one. If you like Prog, I would also suggest Ayreon. Start with "The Day that the World breaks Down." Finally, if you like Power Metal, take a look at Unleash the Archers. I suggest their song "Awakening." All that being said, nobody id in the Nightwish league and I'd be perfectly happy to keep hearing Nightwish.

The first thing I think when i see floor is ‘valkyrie’
This is the best live for this song. The crowed loved nightwish so much that floor danced through the whole stage. On other shows she dances a little but not on the whole stage like here- and without that dancing i find the other shows lacking (before i saw this one I liked other lives of this song as well but after this...no better version out there!)
Have you seen the Helsinki fan-cam where Floor chases Emppu all over the stage trying to get him to dance with her? She gets pretty dance-y in that one too, although the Helsinki crowd doesn't respond anything close to the Buenos Aires one.
