His Michael Caine and Kevin Spacey are sheer perfection. Truly amazing. And I've never heard ANYONE do Kevin Spacey, though Spacey himself does amazing impressions. His Robert Duvaal is classic.
Amazing. He really got to the heart of these actors, really channeled them. But his Michael Caine was so frighteningly good, that I had to keep reminding myself that it wasn't actually him. But his giant "Brando/Jabba suit" really topped the cake... insane.
***** You sound like a connoisseur of impersonators. Definitely check out Kevin Spacey's celebrity impersonations on YT at the Actors Studio, and for the most incredible Morgan Freeman you've ever heard, also check out Josh Robert Thompson here, too. Mind blowing.
We had to watch the real BBC Michael Caine on Acting special that the first sketch is based on back when I did drama at school. Peter got it 100% spot on! All of these sketches hit that uncanny impression to surrealism sweet spot.
This guy is amazing, his DeNeiro and Spacey and Brando are spot on! I mean all of them are great. I wish i had this talent. Would LOVE to hear his Walken.
Uncanny and incredibly funny. I just about died laughing when he did Ralph Fiennes as Leonard Rossiter. Comic genius to think of that, let alone pull it off. Please do more Peter, this is great stuff.
These impersonations utilize recognizable aspects and nuances of the actor's characters, not necessarily the actors, themselves. I think this guy is great. Parody is, by its very nature, disrespectful, so don't get upset when he makes fun of your favorite actor. (I also couldn't relate to Ralph Fiennes)
+MrChrispy777 Parody isn't inherently disrespectful at all. I'm very sure no actual disrespect was meant to any of the actors being imitated. It's all in good humor.
I know that the Ralph Fiennes impersonation was way too much of an exaggeration, but it still cracked me up when I saw that familiar shyness and awkwardness during his interaction with the female student😂
Carnation77 Since 1977 I was about to comment that this must be the only Leonard Rossiter impression ever not to include the line 'Oh Miss Jones' then I realized he did say Catherine Zeta-Jones. Wonder if that was subconscious writing or a very subtle nod to the audience.
Hahahaha this is fucking brilliant. Only learned about this guy coz he did a voice in Dark Souls 2, he's actually a pretty damned good actor and impressionist. Whoever wrote this series of sketches is great :)
Check out Leonard Rossiter in the British TV sitcoms in the 70's: RISING DAMP or RISE AND FALL OF REGINALD PERRIN .He has made Ralph Fiennes like that! Unexpected joy:)
Just watched the acting class video yesterday really liked it. this one is so funny. John Malkovitch once told me...im floored!! Bob, you're no actor that's why :))))
Spacey and De Niro were amazing, great channeling! Al Pacino was also pretty decent, but the Scent Of A Woman-era Al Pacino is pretty monotonous. (not boring, literally monotonous)
I love the little detail of Al Pacino saying East Side of London, instead of East end. Peter knowing Americans are not very well versed in UK geography.
Here is the Original version . With Michael Caine . . ruclips.net/video/bZPLVDwEr7Y/видео.html
This has far more valuable takeaways than the original.
His Michael Caine and Kevin Spacey are sheer perfection. Truly amazing. And I've never heard ANYONE do Kevin Spacey, though Spacey himself does amazing impressions. His Robert Duvaal is classic.
Quite literally one of the most genius spoofs ever. This guy is amazing. I'm dyin ova here.
That Kevin Spacey impression was unreal - I've NEVER seen anyone attempt Spacey - really, really amazing stuff!
Very funny. Great impressions! Great satire. The Brando is priceless.
Amazing. He really got to the heart of these actors, really channeled them. But his Michael Caine was so frighteningly good, that I had to keep reminding myself that it wasn't actually him. But his giant "Brando/Jabba suit" really topped the cake... insane.

My pleasure! Let me know which were your favorites. Btw, I thought this guy's Kevin Spacey was terrific, too. Very hard man to impersonate, no?
+tiffsaver Steve Coogan's Michael Caine is far superior in my opinion.
+tbone35453
I'll check him out!
+tbone35453
I just watched him. Great job, but I find the overall differences in performances negligible.
The opening of the Brando segment (21:37) almost caused me to pass out from laughing so hard.
Ralph Fiennes being Leonard Rossiter is an absolute genius move!
I watched this for 7 minutes before I figured out it was a joke.
So you never heard of Michael Caine basically. Welcome to planet Earth.
I figured it soon after the sausage part started xD
I figured it on 00:30 right after Wtf? This is not Michael Caine!
hair was too red
I don't believe any of you didn't know immediately.
Spacey was brilliant. It's amazing how talented some of these impersonators are
The impersonators are all the same person--Peter Serafinowicz. He must be pretty good for you not to realize!
"has anyone got any sausages"? the fact that somebody did, made me spit out my beverage (yes, I am fully aware its fiction).
lmao i found that funny too
Nads have you seen his "Look Around You" show? funniest show ever.
bluestate69 thanks ants. thants.
inchypi
haha! i just watched that one. the ants that built the igloo. funny stuff.
the fact we're watching this through a camera lens, means he's actually holding a sausage, and the guy had brought cigars with him o.O
Jabba the hut!!! Brilliant ! I wasn't expecting that at all
best de niro ever hands down. most people can't do more than a look or a famous line that captures nothing!
Uncanny and incredibly funny. I just about died laughing when he did Ralph Fiennes as Leonard Rossiter. Comic genius to think of that, let alone pull it off. Please do more Peter, this is great stuff.
Peter Serfinowicz is Gold
The Michael Caine impersonator is hysterical!
They're all the same performer - Peter Serafinawiecz
lol i just realised this is the roommate guy from shaun of the dead
lysjanvier He's also in the Tick.
Oh my God, I just stumbled upon this, and I had no idea what to expect. I am in love haha. This is fucking awesome
"Don't take it personal, I just hate women." I laughed so hard at that.
hes more into boys... or at least tries to....
"doing an audition is like taking a dump in public"
😂😂😂😂💩💩💩💩
he sounds just like DeNiro
Ralph Fiennes as Rigsby out of Rising Damp...soooo funny!
This guy is a riot.
absolutely ridiculous, stupendously entertaining. when marlon appeared as jabba I did find it hilarious
That took me by surprise, and I guffawed for 5 minutes, straight!
genius crying from laughter with spacey clip
"yeah, but I said milk." lol ..The De Niro bit was the best!
Kevin Spacey was the best!
Marlon Brando is a crazed combination of Jabba the Hutt and Danny DeVito's penguin. And Adrien Brody.
LOL. That Ralph Fiennes bit is priceless. Holy shit.
"My papa bought me an ant farm. I loved those ants. I gave them all names." LMAO.
Great video. :)
the spacey and de niro impersonations are two of the finest impersonations of any people, let alone thise two, who few can really do. amazing work
This is about as amazing as I remember it being! Thanks for the upload!
OMG! This man is HILARIOUS!!!!!
BAHAHAHahaahaaaa I paused at 17:34 to grab some food and have been laughing for a solid minute at Brando
Omfg! I thought it was the real Caine up until the movie-clip. :)
Anyone think his Michael Caine sounds more like Sean Lock?
I agree, funnily enough Benedict Wong is in this sketch 2:31 and appeared with Sean Lock in sitcom 15 Stories High.
Also, Peter did a really quick Sean Lock impression in 8 Out Of 10 Cats S09E06 around 11 minutes in :) brilliant!
It sounds almost exactly like Sean Lock on sleeping pills.
So funny I can't take it!
This is wonderful.
I can't relate to most of these actors, but the impersonation is brilliant and jokes are brilliant as well :D
+MrChrispy777 Parody isn't inherently disrespectful at all. I'm very sure no actual disrespect was meant to any of the actors being imitated. It's all in good humor.
With Ralph Fiennes the joke is that he does him as Leonard Rossiter
I know that the Ralph Fiennes impersonation was way too much of an exaggeration, but it still cracked me up when I saw that familiar shyness and awkwardness during his interaction with the female student😂
love how he went with Lenard Rositter's Rigsby there.
I'd say intentional. He's very clever.
;)
brilliant. The Michael Caine acting masterclass is definitive. Really funny, thanks!
Watching this made me want to watch "Look Around You". It's been too long.
love this, as much reverence i hv for these actors. comedy is serious business, these fellas done a fantastic job
Serafinawicz exudes funniness, he's a genius. I'm not gay but I love this big Baltic bastard a wee bit
hes actually british, from liverpool, but yeah great baltic heritage defo
Fiennes I can't identify (doesn't sound like either brother) but the others are brilliant.
Fiennes's voice and mannerisms are based on the actor Leonard Rossiter. There are videos of him on RUclips/
The joke is that Ralph Fiennes is slowly morphing into Leonard Rossiter in real life.
loved pacinos tiny sneakers LOL
Ralph Fiennes as Leonard Rossiter as Rigsby...how, just HOW did he come up with that?
79 very serious acting students make this whole thing even more funny. Very meta of Peter.
12:40 "got a new lp out have" was just brilliant
Wow! His Michael Caine and Kevin Spacey were spot on!
Hahahaha this is fucking brilliant. Only learned about this guy coz he did a voice in Dark Souls 2, he's actually a pretty damned good actor and impressionist. Whoever wrote this series of sketches is great :)
I think he wrote them himself, these are from his short lived TV series 'The Peter Serafinowicz Show'
the Brando part is really over the top
but perfectly so
His DeNiro impression was really good I have to say.
That's a fucking good robert de niro
OMG this is brilliant, until it got to Spacey and then... F'ing wow, painful! (which means it was scary good!)
I laughed.
Genius! freaking genius!! That brando sketch had me dying! hahaha!!
Oh my god. This is incredible.
genius!
Check out Leonard Rossiter in the British TV sitcoms in the 70's: RISING DAMP or RISE AND FALL OF REGINALD PERRIN .He has made Ralph Fiennes like that! Unexpected joy:)
Sheer class. All those think he's taking the piss don't understand parody. I bet the actors he impersonated love it.
The real MVP coming through in clutch with them sausages xd
This guy is a legend! Why isn't he more in mainstream movies?
he was recently in Guardians of the Galaxy
I believed it up until the fuckin sausages LOL
well played, well played...
I've loved this guy since Shaun of the Dead. I had no idea he was this versatile though, until seeing him in The Tick on Amazon Prime.
Isn't the impression of Fiennes actually Leonard Rossiter?
+James J yes
WoW! Amazing talent!! :D
This most be the best impersonator i've seen in a long time
the brando part is genius
haha marlon brando wtf
+rhea Brando The Hut.
😂😂😂😂
Brando with no neck
"some people call them idiot boards"
I'm in stiches right now! LMFAO - Great Job
THE AWKWARDNESS! and it gets better and better
Just realised the guy in the light blue shirt is Benedict Wong!
Ahhhhhhhh Limpys Got Cancer ;(
Michael Caine and Kevin Spacey were spot on, the other ones lacked something in my opinion
your right!
Brando was his worst. The rest were excellent, in my mind.
Come and give your granddad a kiss!
His Ralph, I swear, was channelling Rupert Rigsby (Leonard Rossiter) from Rising Damp. I couldn't see Ralph for Rupert.
wait...that wasn't Michael Caine?!!!
Whoa, brilliant!
That was some fucking impression. He had me at Caine & Spacey!
OMG! His Spacey is bang on!
Just watched the acting class video yesterday really liked it. this one is so funny. John Malkovitch once told me...im floored!! Bob, you're no actor that's why :))))
His Brando is perfect! Even his face is dead on!
Rossiter was spot on!
"I said something funny you can at least do me the courtesy of
laughing"
Brilliant!
Give that man an Oscar!
Brilliant.
sublime
Bloody comedy gold!!!!!!!!
They wrong for making Pacino all short like that.....LOL
That Chinese fella is a big actor now, he was in Ridley Scott's premethous
He's learnt from the best
Terrific.
Spacey and De Niro were amazing, great channeling! Al Pacino was also pretty decent, but the Scent Of A Woman-era Al Pacino is pretty monotonous. (not boring, literally monotonous)
hilarious
The mom from inbetweeners is one of the students on here
Oh thank fuck! I knew I'd seen her before and it was doing my head in. That show was gold.
Belinda Stewart-Wilson...
lol Di Niro's is funny. Italians generally repeat the same thing over and over when they're annoyed till it reaches a boiling point :p
Belinda Stewart-Wilson is my dream woman :'(
Eveybody's.
HOOOOOOOOOGHHHHH, IT'S YOUR GRANDAD, HOOOOOOOOOGHHHHH
The Michael Caine bit I was convinced.
I love the little detail of Al Pacino saying East Side of London, instead of East end. Peter knowing Americans are not very well versed in UK geography.
Okay that had me for a minute
