WeTALK 8: Women Empowerment

Coach Amy Berezowski taught us some boxing moves and workout routines for the 8th WeTALK Session.
Amy does not mince words in saying that she is a domestic abuse survivor. The struggle with identity and the violence, extreme as she considers them to be, are things in her story women can relate to.
Now, she owns the Empowered Clubhouse, a private female-only boxing clubhouse that not only offers training programs for women, but also holds an outreach program for underprivileged girls via their Lil’ Sistas Project.
WE@PSG, our Women Empowerment initiative, started the WeTALK Forum to build awareness that will help improve the quality of women, men, families, and the community.
