It doesn't look like there's enough tension on the wastegate, that's why it's not making much boost. Double check the rev limit isn't set to 5500, and that launch control is off.
WFOinCO I was hoping someone else noticed the rev limiter too, you can tell if you look at his screen that it was below 6k because the gauge is is red around the 5500 mark. Hopefully he sees this and gets it fixed before he goes crazy chasing it around lol

Best I could tell, the boost hit 157Kpa which is around 8.2 psi. If you don't have a boost gauge, see how high the engine goes on the fuel table and convert kpa to psi. Also, Tuner Studio has a "boost gauge" you can put on the "dashboard".

Few small problems on the miata you may know about lol. 1. Close the bolt holes on the exhaust manifold. 2. Fix boost leaks. 3. Install boost and afr gauges. 4. Preload the waste gate actuator, you want the link to feel too short, but just slightly, or the waste gate will stay open a little. 5. Do you want to blow the engine up? Right now the turbo doesn't make much boost, but you should not run the waste gate without a vacuum source ever. What if it makes 30psi?
Sounds like the tps needs to be adjusted, inakebox/maf cleaned, or upgraded to z32 maf. Wideband 02 sensor, thennnnnn do a "road tune". Then have the pros take a look. After you jbweld the holes on turbo manifold
