Hey Joe! Love your show, don't watch all the time but watch quite a bit. Love the format you use & some of the questions you help bring light to. At about 1:31 in, you said "you have this ability to really control the flow of information & that's really never existed before". That's clearly an erroneous statement. New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, Catholicism, etc. etc. etc...... List goes on & on. FB (social media) is just the most addictive one to date. I feel like this distinction matters quite a bit, otherwise younger people or people who haven't studied as much history could get the idea that the notion of controlling the flow of information is somehow a new idea.

About an hour into the video and it’s way more interesting than I thought it’d be. I wanna hear more from this guy lol. Didn’t really like him before this, but this humanized him and made me look at him differently. ( I used to just see and alien/robot when looking at him but now I see a person lmao). Long form podcasts are the best way to get a better sense of who someone is and what they believe in.

My main question is WHY does he so desperately want to move things away from being physical and tangible, and make it all digital and distanced. This will essentially be 'forcing' people to stay away from each other, locked in a room, in front of a screen, in an AR environment, in order to then 'connect' them with others digitally. I don't understand this argument of 'connecting' and in my personal view this much digitalization is against human nature.
I will never see this man as anything other than a coldhearted thief. He stole the company idea, and then made the business model about stealing information. Everything else is misdirection.
