Thanks Dave. Part of the secret is good friends giving mature plants away for free.🤣 . However the huge pink flower came from an IKEA "miniature cactus" I got just 3 years ago. Quite supriced about the color and size of that flower. Lasted for a full day before wilting.🙂👍

Thanks Xav. The beauty is very short lived. But with a fairly big colection, there are Always something in bloom in early spring to authum to enjoy. The best ones are still to come. 🙂👍

Lovely to see your cacti in bloom, Magnus, I’m always surprised at the contrast between the spikey plants and the delicate flowers! Mega hot here but some useful rain a couple of days ago. I hope you won’t mind me pointing out the L in folks is silent ( the O pronounced as in our negative ‘no’) God bless you 🙏✝️. ✌️🇷🇺☮️🇺🇦✌️
P.S. another O one is Alo(e) the E is silent in this case. X Nonna ✌️

👍 Greek maybe, at College we were taught: in Latin E pronounced after a consonant at end of word., Agave.We all say Alo! My daughter’s name is Greek , hence Zoe (E pronounced) ✌️

@gayefanner731 hmm, sorry to upset you. Still a little bit supriced that you reacted on Aloe, not Castilloniae. That one I definetely made several pronouniciation error on.
Anyway. In sweden everybody pronounce aloe with e. We spell ochid as orkidé and pronounce it witch ch. Really hard to get it right, but I am trying and you are a good teacher.🙂👍
