Temperaturstyrning uppåt med värmematta på höger sida och luftfuktighet styrs nedåt på aktiv ventilation via en datorfläkt i toppen. Jag använder dusks regnsystem på sekundtimer ca 6-10 ggr per dag.

    • @greenmachinesweden
      @greenmachinesweden 9 дней назад

      Thanks for watching and comenting, very appreciated. Chinese elms can be found in almost any garden center. But TBH, most of them is crap and have very little bonsai quality. If you want fairly good trees, talk to Magnus at bonsai och trädgård. www.bonbonsai.se/ He makes imports every spring and I think he still have a few left. But I recomend a visit and to pick the prefered tree yourself instead of ordering by mail.

    • @greenmachinesweden
      @greenmachinesweden Месяц назад

      The choice of pot should be based on the trees that is going into it. For forests I like to think that the pot should be around the same size as the hight of the biggest tree in the group. I like dark unglaced pots for conifers. Brown never go wrong.

Working on a extensive vid on bog filter care, biology, benefits and drawbacks. Will be filmed during a full season and released come authum. The planned aquarium build has not happened yet, so much other things to do. But the fish is fine in the temporary tub and will be moved out this weekend. For a product that is local to North-Western Europe, moler clay is surprisingly difficult to find. Meanwhile Japanese substrates are found anywhere on Earth that bonsai is mentioned, though at a price. I have found once some affordable zeolite on ebay, sold for use in aquariums. Awesome product with a balanced ph, ideal for bonsi substrates - if you find appropriate particle sizes.

    • @greenmachinesweden
      @greenmachinesweden 2 месяца назад

      I found it quite easy to find moler clay in sweden. I just sent a mail to the company that runs the mines in denmark and they gave me contacts to a distributor near me. South of denmark they use a similar product from a mine in Germany called Seramis. That is also an option. Both moler and Seramis is very acidic. But most trees like that.
