- One of the best Wolverine games in my opinion. The game has good graphics and excellent metal music. But its most important plus, in my opinion, is the many characters from the comics Wolverine Volume 2 (1988). Most of the game's characters were present in the comics by Larry Hama and Marc Silvestri. I think that every fan of comics in general, and Wolverine in particular, should get acquainted with this wonderful game.

My dad had this game!! I was 9 yrs old when it came out, I could play when he was @ work. I’m 38 now, never got past the first stage. 😂😂
Thought it was just me. Game was too hard for kids

We're going back to my adolescent days with this. I had Sega genesis. This game was hard as hell.
Insane soundtrack, for a berserk game. This version of Wolverine Adamantium Rage is superior than the SNES version.
You can't polish a turd, both games are absolutely awful.

Yes, Wolverine, most famous for spinning in a ball, and kicking people in the groin as his main fight moves.
I definitely don't get the Metroid turning into a ball thing... But Wolverine did kick somebody in the balls in X-Men The Last Stand!
Making the final boss immune to dick-punt spam was diabolical

The SNES version has corny hip-hop as the soundtrack. This one has metal, which suits the character better.
The tone of this game is badass.

Remember playing this over a friend's house during grade school.
I remember having a hard time trying to beat this game as a kid. But now I see that you can play the whole thing by simply kicking the shit out of everything that appears in front of you.

Thanks for posting this. I've always wanted to see this game in its entirety, but could never make it past level 2 as a kid. Those last few levels look merciless.
I remember renting this a bunch as a kid from Blockbuster and getting so mad I couldn't get very far into it lol.
Wolverine in this game is played by Jean Claude Van Damme. Cause of all the, the KICKING!

This is basically Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition starring Wolverine
First stage music sounds heavily inspired by the Cobra theme from the GI Joe cartoon. “CoooBRAAAAHHH!”
There is so little intuitive about this game. Maybe it's even intentional. You're navigating the stages so well, I had almost forgotten about Elsie Dee.
Wolverine is my favourite character but looks like this iconic characters game is quite complicated!!!

It's funny how these games years ago I used to take hours to complete but now you play them and they 40 minutes
The gameplay seems poorly animated with overly sensitive and imprecise controls, but that soundtrack is AMAZING.

This game is definitely tough but not quite as hard as the adventures of batman and robin for the genesis but not far behind
Others claim that the SNES one is better. I think in the graphic department yeah but the gameplay and staying true to the Wolverine story lore the Genesis beat it.
I finished this one when I was 12 or 13... Ohh the struggle!

It's just weird seeing a guy with unbreakable metal claws run up to people and it just looks like he's kneeing henchmen in the family jewels over and over and over
even the bosses, it's the same thing (except for the last boss)

I never beat this game because my cartridge was messed up and always crashed after beating the wolf. I was also 7 so maybe it was skill issue

Unfortunately, I did not have an Atari 2600 and did not play games on the platform.
Love my Atari. Playing Star Wars: The Arcade Game, Pitfall II, and River Raid a lot these days.

Why does this game sound like Zombie at my Neighbors?
I once had a chance to get this game (Genesis version, even if it would've been the SNES version, still would've declined it) and Mega Turrican for free, the Play N Trade didn't have them in their database to sell. I accepted Mega Turrican, but this game, I knew how bad it was and declined it.

Без обид, но в неё просто больно играть и больно смотреть на игровой процесс. Как графика и саундтрек могут перекрыть её недостатки? Корявые хитбоксы, чересчур много хп у врагов, приходится постоянно абузить пинок, так как этот удар с самой быстрой анимацией, куча прыжков веры.
Недостатки есть у любой игры, идеальных не существует. Хитбоксы вроде норм. Про пинок соглашусь, самый быстрый. Прыжков немного. Игра на самом деле не слишком сложная, в ней есть система паролей, что позволяет тренироваться на уровнях.
В целом, для меня игра очень хороша. В ней отличная графика и саундтрек, большое количество персонажей из комиксов. Играл ещё в 90-х, и тогда это было нечто. Сейчас, будучи взрослым, периодически поигрываю на больших выходных. А также, заказал Wolverine Omnibus Vol.3., арку которая послужила вдохновением для создателей игры. Комикс приедет в июне, запишу распаковку, всё полистаю, покажу, расскажу.

Christ Akklaim games were awful, and their sound design and sfx were just to painful, everytime i saw akklaim written on the box of mega drive game i said to myself "just put that away".
