I have this same tractor. It cannot be left with the fuel cap uncovered or it will get water in it every time the dew falls or it rains. You must put something over the fuel cap after every use. I use an old floor mat from a car and it solves the water in the fuel issue. It probably have water in the hydraulic system as well.
Hi, That is great information and really appreciated. I have a Case DX29 and it seems to be totally identical down to the detail. And the manuals suck bad and there is no info on any of the issues.
