Yummy. Biscuits, tenderloin and gravy is better than any restaurant you could go to. I lost my hunting buddy this summer and I have really missed going. The great thing is he accepted Jesus as his Savior a few months before he passed. He was a veteran with Purple Heart and I sure miss him, but he is perfect now. I’ll see him again, but right now it is hard to get motivated to deep hunt.

Thank you very much. My dad, brother and buddies I’ve had pass away would want me to stay in the woods and on the water, but it sure is hard to carry it out. I guess I should pray for that burden on me to be taken care of by Jesus. I often feel it’s being greedy to pray for myself with things of this nature. Sorry for the ramblings. Thank you again.

Thanks for your time making the video. Nice deer too. I have the 6" victorinox boning knife for fine work... that breaking knife is nice but a bit big for what you are doing around the kidney fat
Backstrap tenderloin and the" fish" the inside tenderloin......so tender......but make no mistake the entire deer is awesome essentially fat free protein ☺️♥️
You should never use a trash bag its has decompose plastic that will let micro plastic into the meat .use a food grade plastic if you want to use plastic or cotton based cover
Give them a few years to grow, and you’ll have apple and pear trees to go with the pecan for smoking your meat and cheese. The ones you like for fruit can also be propagated by cuttings and layering. I want to watch your garden of eating to prosper so abundantly that even the plant predators can share without stinting you.
