- Youth in their early 20s narrate how and why they marched against the #SheikhHasina regime forcing her eventual ouster. When GenZs used social media for mobilising protests instead of making reels for entertainment.

Nobody can stop Bangladesh. Because Bangladesh has such talented Gen-Z students.
Yesssss❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The Bangladeshi students are really talented. Their knowledge, english speaking skill are truly amazing.

As we can see , i think the only Indian journalist Smita Sharma ji, and red Mike reporters who reached Bangladesh for real time reporting on the ground for fact finding and investigative journalism. Jai hind.
Namaskar medam.
she is a professional journalist .. no doubt.
Prothom Kolkata is another channel for true news.
This kinda journalism is unheard of in Indian media apparatus. Thank you, ma'am. ❤
what a wonderful journalist .. you are interviewing the right people.. these kids wanted this protest to happen and change their country for better for themselves, they are not after india or indians.. they are trying to solve their own problem, their own existence has been under threat by Hasina regime. In this protest Hindu, Muslim, Christians all participated.
@@adchy72j These students are bright, secular and whole heartedly want to see or spearhead a positive democratic change in Bangladesh in right direction. So, of course they are not anti-india or antagonistic to any other country. However, the problem is that, their revolution (whose ideals are noble) have been hijacked or are dominated by significant elements who are communal, redical and jornour anti-india sentiments. Those elements are problematic.
Bangladeshi Students are So Smart .May Allah bless you,Amin,You are giving answer very Smartly
Our Gen-Z's, I'm so proud of them. I have 2 Gen=Z's of my own. Thank you Smita Sharma for talking to them.
I am so proud for this generation. They know bengali, they are fluent in english as well as hindi. I am sure if some journalist come from tamilnadu to interview them they will start talking in Tamil/ Telegu also.
😅
😂😂😂😂
I'm afraid they can't do that. Because they watch Tamil movies dubbed in Hindi 🤣
Hindi/Urdu is known to us, because our own language songs/movies aren't watched by us, so therefore for entertainment we have to watch hindi/urdu serials/cartoons/movies/etc 😮💨
@@mohammadalamgir7055what is the problem in watching a good content? Language doesn’t matter … it’s the matter.
We however need every language to preserve, grow and be practiced. Most of our languages have a lot of depth in them … proud of this culture… one country with so many rich languages around which has ability to generate great variety of content.
Indian media should present the truth about this movement in Bangladesh. Indian media is not saying that Sheikh Hasina was a dictator.
Think it is clear in India now that Hasina was not a popular leader and that the students had a lot of genuine issues. From India, people were looking at only the economic statistics. It is also clear in India that the student movement was hijacked in service of a coup that is unlikely to improve the situation in Bangladesh. One genuine loss in the last few weeks is the goodwill that Bangladeshis had among regular Indian people.
We have seen again & again that dictators are at least better than fundamentalists.
Learn from the mistakes.
@@alani3992both equally bad! They don't care about their average citizens!

Why is she forcing them to speak in Hindi? When you come to Bangladesh learn to speak Bangla or translate in your desired language. Stop acting like we are minors or BD is your other province or colony. Very cheap journalism. But so proud of our young people. How bravely and sincerely they answered.
their main audience speaks Hindi. This is an advantage which will serve both nation. as more people in India will understand whats happening in Bangladesh
Same question I am asking. Please don't force students to speak hindi. They do understand hindi language. Instead you should learn Bangla for your journalist carrier.
Cheap mentality Indian Cheap journalist 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yes they should speak whatever language they want, and then you can translate it.
These Hindi people think everyone should speak their language, though Hindi is the most regressive language known to man.
extremely unprofessional
Bangladesh has chosen its own path. We have similar feelings toward both Sheikh Hasina and Mujib, as many perceive them as authoritarian. However, people are still afraid of Hasina and the Awami League, which is why they don't speak out against Mujib. Mujib is not our founder or the so-called "Father of the Nation." This narrative was propagated by the Awami League and Indian influence. We live in a modern society, and the events of 1971 were a collective struggle by the people against 24 years of oppression from Pakistan. Mujib was the main leader, but it wasn't solely his dream. The idea that it was his alone is ridiculous to us.
Holy hell. It did not even click for me that they were trying to feed us it was Mujib's dream alone. Now that I think about it you might be right. Mujib was absent in whole war-time but he's always first in the history book. We started to forget our true hero's of the war. This is a very sad situation.
Can someone mentione this video to some of Indian RUclipsrs - Still today they are spreading fake news from India and raising racism Against Bangladeshi 😢
It won't do much good because those youtubers are not spreading propaganda due to ignorance but rather intentionally for political interests. Most of those Indian youtubers are pro bjp or support hundutva communal politics in their own country for which they need to use communal rhetoric in Bangladesh to justify their own political position in India
Those media has no existance in this world. Nobody gives importance to those brainless media except some bullshit donkey 😂
Agree with you, still they are spreading up fake stories
Bro i dont know whoever spreading fake stories or not but there is whole report published that behind Bangladesh andolon there is katar and American gov is there plss go and read that and once check in Bangladesh maximum people runing india out campaign did you see in indian street any indian people are doing protest again Bangladesh
@@arindamdan8689 You have to understand that India Supports Hasina for the last 16 years and she used to torcher people anyhow if someone talks anything behind her it was a one sided nation that she made artificially but People gradually gets anger and anger and India was support her and didn’t tell anytime that make a peaceful Election because 18 corers of Bangladeshi wants that!

This Indian journalist should respect the standards of journalism. She is Indian but the students are not. How could she ask question in hindi?
She wants Indians to know the truth about the protest and majority of the Indians understand only Hindi. Godi media is spreading false propaganda against Bangladesh.
I am surprised their Hindi is much better than most of the south Indian and even West Bengal's people. On the other hand Their native language is Bengali and Urdu was imposed by Pakistan. How this generation know Hindi so well? They might have some cultural similarities and connection with West Bengal but not with Hindi speaking northern Indian. How they speak so well?

@@JollyMind08 I was just thinking about same. That's India soft power. Even in Middle east people know little Hindi because of Sharukh Khan movies, Bollywood Songs and Indian TV shows. We Indian also watch Pakistani dramas. I have also watched Few Benhladeshi Serials and Teli films with English Subtitles.
Most kids of middle class Bangladeshi families grew up watching hindi contents. The DD national was available even without cable connection. Also tradition matches a lot , thought process, root of words match very much. So it was easy to catch. Also because it was not ENFORCED, people didn't hate it or associated it with oppression, which I think makes the difference. I have noticed that many in even WB pronounce hindi words in a weird way.
