There’s no month with more than 31 days. It is symbolic as students and the General people vowed to bring down the oppressor and get an answer for the atrocities committed within july, hence with 5th august, july ended for us.
I could not hold on my tears when I came to know, Hasina had fled on 5 August. All of our struggle and sacrifice against Hasina became meaningful. I believe 5 August 2024 is the happiest day for Bangladeshis after 16 December 1971.

Couldn't hold back my tears. This whole 25 mins reminded me once again the horror Bangladeshis had to face. And realising that all the sacrificed blood, lives, tears paid off and now we have our Bangladesh back, is a dream come true. We will forever remember the valuable lives which gave us this new Bangladesh (even though we don't know the names of Martys) May ALLAH grant them the highest places in Jannat.Amen.
On 35 th july, the pro government awami student league attacked us, a group of students who were peacefully doing protest at the ECB chattar in Mirpur. They had arms such as guns and granedes. They were shooting at us but we were running for our lives, a shopkeeper gave sheltered to some of us (22-25 students) in his shop and closed it. The awami league goons saw that and started to vandalize the shop. By the marcy of Allah, a huge group of students (1000+) came forward without fearing their lives. The league goons started to run backward as there were a few bullets left only. The other students came and saved us. After that the ECB chattar was in our hands, we didn't let any chatro league goon enter the place for the day. Many students were injured. I thought l was going to have a very horrifying death that day but now l am safe in the newly independent country. I am thankful to the myrters for their sacrifices. I have not witnessed 1971 firsthand, but I have seen the battlefield of 2024. While I didn't experience the liberation war myself, I felt the freedom of 2024 deeply. The blood-soaked sunrise of that morning still brings me to tears. On the 36th day, amidst the crimson glow of blood, I saw the dawn of 2024, which granted me the ability to speak, write, and express myself freely. I hold deep respect for those whose blood stained the streets and homes of Bengal, and I pray that Allah accepts the martyrs.

Didn't know there was more than 31 days in a calendar month. Also save Bangladesh 🇧🇩 ♥ Insha'Allah great things will come to happen.
There’s no month with more than 31 days. It is symbolic as students and the General people vowed to bring down the oppressor and get an answer for the atrocities committed within july, hence with 5th august, july ended for us.
Its a cool name you should make a tshirt with that date
@@ivaerz4977It’s in murals and posters already. I’m sure it’s put in a shirt somewhere. 36th July the second independence day of Bangladesh.
Well the war is over and after
About 35 July .. student here didn't wanted to move in August until they win the war. They didn't wanted to move on .
I could not hold on my tears when I came to know, Hasina had fled on 5 August. All of our struggle and sacrifice against Hasina became meaningful. I believe 5 August 2024 is the happiest day for Bangladeshis after 16 December 1971.

I have always wanted to shift to outside of Bangladesh and get my higher education, get job and stayed there.. But This JULY made me understand How freaking much I love this country, This August made me understand "This is my country,I am rebuilding my little girl, not some psyco raising thousands of crores to do a simple thing thinking this Country is just hers. So yeah Decided not to leave this beautiful girl ever.. Even if I do, I will come back with skill which will do nothing but develop this little country. Long Live Bangladesh.
Al jazeera , thank you ,for showing the world. HOW MUCH STUDENTS FACED
God Bless those students who gave their lives for Bangladesh 2.0. We all pray for their soul and their family. Bangladesh will always remember them. Gob Bless Bangladesh. Ameen.

35th July - thank you so much for considering this.
Still having tears in my eyes…goosbumps…Happy independence Bangladesh..Thanks Al jazzera..
The bravery they showed without any fire arms. Couldn't hold my tears.
Amen.

If they didn't give away their life, we would still be fighting for our life and death and thank you al Jazeera for this document
I reached ecb chattar after 1pm. Awami league supporters blocked all roads leading to the chattar.

It’s all because of USA. They want Military Rule just like in Pakistan so that they can use Bangladesh land for terrorist activities to punish China and India to stay away from Russia and this will make Bangladesh poor just like Pakistan. Right now with Sheikh Hasina country was progressing
