I don't generally ask but.. Some of these Graphics Cards are rather Hard to find and getting quite expensive for a while now. Recording these videos and just posting them makes it a big $ and time investment from our side.

OPTIMIZATION, LOW FPS FIX (it's free, grab it people!)
      =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Here is a list of the FPS tips we can think of.
      Major factors to be considered
1st) "Dual channel memory Fast Frequency and Low Latency " - IGPU for example, are heavily dependent of RAM, f it's Single Channel (single slot of ram) you roughly should loose around 30-40% of the GPU's performance.
It's just how it works unfortunately. Even having 4+4 or 8+4 or any dual stick FAST Ram will lead to more performance then single stick of RAM. Hopefully you have 8+8.^
      2nd) Thermal throttling:
Having a thin laptop and clogged with dust can result in a lot of issues (or just closed wents), reducing the performance further by alot. So primary objective you gotta find a way to keep your laptop cool.
Best way to do it is by changing the existing thermal paste with a quality one (often offers best results in improving performance/ temps).
But that can be hard sometimes.
If it's new laptop/or PC some of the following suggestions are not required.
      1) you can open it and clean it thoroughly (follow some guide for your particular laptop on youtube) and change the termal paste with a quality one (MX4, CM master gel, Kryonaut or similar and don't poor too much of it)
      2) 2) easy fix would be raising your laptop so it can breath air
      3) 3) also second easy fix, blow some air with a straw or directly put your mouth to the air vents (i know it sounds weird but it should clear the copper passive cooler.
      3rd)System optimization:
      4) On Windows 10
Easy fix: Download WPD and disable everything from microsoft bloatware
One should try and keep the system out of bloathware and erradicate/ remove unnecessary apps running in background, so they won't engage the processor.
If that doesn't work, system format/reset should be done. We usually do once in 5-6months-1year. It's highly recommended & everything above that is just slowing the system No Matter How Good you take care of it.
      5) Drivers
As for drivers. They are mostly the same unless it got corruptes down the road by a miracle. In that case or in any case a driver should be installed this way
Any driver would just work fine on each GPU as long is one of the WHQL drivers downloaded from manufacturers website, no matter which year or date (They just add support and optimizations for newest titles)
      a) What can be done is to install DDU (Display driver uninstaller).. > boot to safe mode, uninstall ALL possible graphics card drivers (including amd or intel base ones) > Reboot to normal windows and install the latest ones downloaded from Nvidia /AMD website.
      b) 2) If this doesn't work, Check the temperatures.
      6) ReBar (Resizable Bar mod for CPU's after 2011)
If you have a CPU that's later then 2011 like i5 3470 you can try the following
Resizable BAR (Base Address Register) is a feature that allows the CPU to access the entire GPU memory at once, potentially improving gaming performance by reducing input/output bottlenecks. While Resizable BAR was initially introduced with newer hardware configurations, there are some methods to enable it on older machines, though success may vary depending on compatibility.
Check Compatibility: Verify if your GPU, motherboard, and CPU support Resizable BAR.
Update BIOS/UEFI: Ensure your motherboard's firmware is up to date to potentially add support.
Update GPU Drivers: Install the latest GPU drivers, which may include Resizable BAR support.
Enable Resizable BAR: Access BIOS/UEFI settings to enable Resizable BAR if supported.
Test Performance: Evaluate gaming performance after enabling Resizable BAR.
Adjust Settings: Fine-tune game and GPU settings for optimal performance.
Keep in mind that success with Resizable BAR on older machines depends on hardware compatibility and manufacturer support.
      7) One word of advice, Get To Know about Undervolting or Overclocking
It is the best thing about these new processors/laptops. It might be abit complicated, but search on google on your particular CPU for how far you can go.. In our case it was around -0.100mv and was fine on our silicon lottery result.
It will raise performance in general , cool the laptop and lessen the battery consumption.
8)One last thing: use "High Contrast Mode" on windows it helps alot in Vram(GPU Ram) consumption.
Forget "Gaming mode" on Win OS that thing is a pure gimmick.
      9) IMPORTANT For older Graphics cards that are DirectX9, DirectX10, DirectX11 complaint, check the
"DXVK" by doitsujin mod for newer games that don't support older GPU's. It usually results in very bad performance but some games might run without issues, or check DXCPL emulator tool on your
      Low FPS:
      -+-+-+-+-+-+-+
That's due to the CPU for the most part as well as RAM (Fast dual channel for maximizing performance)
Generally 3 issues are existent : Thermal throtling, System optimization, bloatware or unwanted apps taking high percentage of CPU in background
As for thermal managment being the most common issue.
      1) you can open your laptop and clean it thoroughly (follow some guide for your particular laptop on youtube)
      2) easy fix would be raising your laptop so it can breath air
      3) also second easy fix, blow some air with a straw or directly put your mouth to the air vents (i know it sounds weird but it should clear the copper passive cooler)
      4) one should try and keep the system out of bloathware and erradicate/ remove unnecessary apps running in background, so they won't engage the processor.
      5) Best option (medium difficulty): Is replacing the thermal paste with a quality expensive one both on your CPU and GPU and maybe adding thermal pads or copper shims on the VRAM or similar. It will gain you free FPS and overall system responsiveness in all situations
If that doesn't work, system format/reset should be done. It Always helps.
We usually do once in 5-6months. It's highly recommended & everything above that is just slowing the system no matter how good you take care of it.
One last thing: use "High Contrast Mode" on windows it helps alot in Vram(GPU Ram) consumption.
Forget "Gaming mode" on Win OS that thing is a pure gimmick.

Thx for posting videos like these. I've had a 1215u laptop for almost a year now and love it. Great value for the performance. I love watching benchmarks and hope it helps others to pick out a pc as it did for me. Always nice to see other games I can potentially play ;) I've play a handful on this list.

To add on to this. Depending on the pc, some will be tdp throttled by default regardless of power settings. Throttlestop can help with this. My laptop was capped at 13w tdp for some reason but can handle 20/24w fine as long as heat is managed properly. I mainly run it at 20w when gaming, 22/24w doesnt see a significant increase. ruclips.net/video/g54kq8pIS_0/видео.html

      7) IMPORTANT For older Graphics cards that are DirectX9, DirectX10, DirectX11 complaint, check the
"DXVK" by doitsujin mod for newer games that don't support older GPU's. It usually results in very bad performance but some games might run without issues.
      8) One word of advice, Get To Know about Undervolting or Overclocking
It is the best thing about these new processors/laptops. It might be abit complicated, but search on google on your particular CPU for how far you can go.. In our case it was around -0.100mv and was fine on our silicon lottery result.
It will raise performance in general , cool the laptop and lessen the battery consumption.
9)One last thing: use "High Contrast Mode" on windows it helps alot in Vram(GPU Ram) consumption.
Forget "Gaming mode" on Win OS that thing is a pure gimmick.

Ok so why there is a game that the i3 1215u is better like forza 5 and starrail, but there is a game that i5 1035g4 is better like gta 5. So what is better, i3 1215u with intel uhd or i5 1035g4 with iris x?
