It's not a bad translation, is an expression used to refer to the feeling of an "healthy" envy with no second intentions. Spanish is my first language and my family used a lot of those expressions when I was a kid, so I found precious how the director implemented those expressions in her voice lines!

"envidio" is used as "(I) envy" and is a male conjugation of the word "envidia" (envy), which is female...and so is buena (good). So for this sentence to work it would need to be "Que envidia de la buena".
