Elvis was a truly decent man! He shared this information with his fans, not because he had to, but, because he felt protective of his family! He never forgot those he loved! His wife & daughter were as precious to him as his parents were! He never stopped loving & protecting them! He was a definite example of how purely the Lord wants us to love each other! I am sure they both had their reasons to split but this was hard on everyone and although he was making light of it, my heart breaks for him, listening to him, trying to 'set the record straight,' in this clip. Used to wait tables where Priscilla came by on a regular basis (years ago) and can attest that she is a BEAUTIFUL human being...he was absolutely blessed to have her 😇. She was too young, he controlled her too much. So many things could have been different. But they did make another awesome human being that brought us the FABULOUS Riley Keough!! It had to have been so tough for him, living like he did in the public eye, to deal with a situation like him and Priscilla divorcing. Its something you can't keep quiet, the rumors and gossip abound. He was hurting here...a sensitive soul was this man. I am sure they both had their reasons to split but this was hard on everyone and although he was making light of it, my heart breaks for him, listening to him, trying to 'set the record straight,' in this clip. I hope at some point he understood how much we all loved him.

Used to wait tables where Priscilla came by on a regular basis (years ago) and can attest that she is a BEAUTIFUL human being...he was absolutely blessed to have her 😇. She was too young, he controlled her too much. So many things could have been different. But they did make another awesome human being that brought us the FABULOUS Riley Keough!! J.D. was my dad's best friend also thru out the years til his death. Elvis gave my family a beautiful autographed silk scarf thanking my parents for promoting great musicians. He was very sweet, handsome and flirtatious.
