That is when you have acquired another citizenship and you want your Uganda citizenship also back. Go online and ask the same question. All the answers are there. All I can advise is give it at least three months of patience. Once you have everything ready it may take a day or two for you to get it. Uganda is very quick at responding to this but it takes effort and patience, there maybe also war with the system but you will get it. You may need a document from your lawyer and from your doctor then from your RC.
