Most of the best songs in 21st Century Breakdown are deep cuts imo... Before the Lobotomy, Last Night Earth, Restless Heart Syndrome are their Magnum Opus in a matter of composition.

It was actually just this song. Before The Lobotomy is tuned to half-step down, and everything else is in standard. The reason he uses Blue for the older stuff is because everything up to Nimrod was half-step down.
