He practiced for 9 days before the debate just two weeks ago. He really just offered a lot of pre rehearses ramblings and never took an unrehearsed question form oppositional reporter. He was often incoherent in his ramblings as well. He could not keep the explanation on point and was the sort of answer used in a multiple type questions not specified. He speaks like he is drunk even though it is clear he is in cognitive decline. He said in t he beginning refereeing to KH but calling her trump as VP that she was not qualified to be president, then just several question's later says she is qualified to be president. OK the press caught him in the midst of his confusion which is very telling that he is not in control of the presidency. And, if not Joe Bidden than who is? Because, we didn't elect that person. He is like this now... what about in four years? Why bother having elections?
