I'm going to go with no. First off, no bullet proof glass...anywhere. the armor has minimal protection. It's got decent speed for a van but not enough to escape a skirmish when needed. It's great for the bounty missions and not a whole lot more.
I wouldn't even say it's great for bounty missions, you just have to use it once you apprehend the target. I'd much rather stick them in any car and have a nice drive back
I think it is the best business vehicle when you need an instant vehicle and the mechanic or the sparrow are at cooldown. Calling it from the interaction menu is very simple, it has no cooldown, is quite fast and has a fairly bulletproof body for PvE
I wish that the bail bounty Van had upgradeable options but hey at least you can call it in without having to wait for a cool down timer so there's a plus😅 also a moment of silence to the homie, who got knocked off and eliminated.😞

I would love to see you screw with the mass and the actual physics of the van to try and make it better or "what could have been" just to show R* how easy it is to make it better😂 like you have shown in the past hahaha
The original imani tech is still the best. The glass is amazing for noobs and the armor is amazing for griefers. The amount of safety i feel driving the buffalo or the diety cant be beaten

Still working on the money part of tier 4 so went after Omar when he popped up again and accidentally killed him and thought since I already had him checked off it don't matter so took his body in anyways. His mission is kinda long and annoying so didn't want to start over but guess I should have 🤦🏽♂️ lol. Now waiting for him to show up again 😅
This van handles great. I don’t waste my time with people on PVE missions. There is absolutely no reason to do anything in free mode even with sell bonuses.
they finally cleaned up the interaction menu and gave service vehicles their own slot... and then they just slapped this into the main part of the regular vehicle menu without thinking. absolute *classic* r* move
Anyone else having issues with joining friends everything worked fine before the update but now I get the normal the session is full your in a queue then it tells me there's a slot available and then it tells you it's full so your in a endless cycle trying to play with friends
It seems like it sucks, but you kinda have to realize more then 100 vehicles can't take even one explosive, so just by that alone makes it better then most, but if you compare it to the imani teck cars, then ya, it's trash.
the day 1 police van that comes out at 3 stars with spike strips, it’s the same model as this an the window plates are identical but doesn’t that police van have completely bullet resistant windows?

Less of a disappointment than the RCV at least. Somewhat useful. When Rcv came out i was so let down. All i wanted was a functional plow and high mass and it would've been at least fun for me.

At least it has resistance to explosives, I thought it didn't even have that, but I think the 3600LX and the Insurgent Pickup are better for group PvP

When you start up a bounty hunting mission, can other players lock onto you while you are driving?
Those side steps are huge which is probably why it's hard to knock players off but man you get spun around too much when a car clips them.

Why is it some business vehicles can be locked on to and other can’t? The missile jammer should be standard with all delivery vehicles.
Lock on Jammers should just exist as an upgrade for all non Weaponized ground vehicles

@NatureXwars nah, the van still has a bulletproof back door even with no armor upgrades, and there's no way an NPC will blow it up with just bullets.
