Chiori C6 E cd is 4.5s, while Chongyun + Chiori C6 is 1.6s. Tamato (doll) attack is every 3.6s, but by casting Chiori E, tamato attacks immediately.

@@grevansstories5410 while you're inside of chongyun's skil all CD are decreased by a certain amount
@@grevansstories5410 Chongyun E2 decrease by 15% and Chiori C6 by 13.5s
