LG straight up had the best designs and build quality. My Xiaomi 12t has 120hz refresh rate and yet my LG v50 still has better touch response at 60hz, hope they come back
I also feeling that my LG Velvet is more responsive than my OnePlus 8 Pro! i'm swiching between them, and i also like the UI of LG better vs the Color/Oxigen UI. Even just can't believe my eyes when i look at both screens...
@@rummymossberg6097 bro, LG phones are discontinued so I doubt they will be supported for long. Plus my v50 heats up like crazy after android updates and doesn't charge well. Maybe they where rlly good when LG actually cared but now they just fully abandoned their phones
I truly can't find better phone today to replace my LG Velvet. Great screen, fast, very good camera, headphones jack, waterproof, light, scratche resistant, great battery, great Bluetooth connection, wireless chargering, everyone is asking me what phone do I have. it's not 120hz but it feels super fast.
Using the Velvet to write this comment right now, worth every single cent that I've paid for it. Stellar build quality, sharp OLED curved screen, dual speakers and built in audio DAC. Couldn't ask for more at this price point.
@@michaelperry5565 i think Some Do Come with it. They made 3 or 4 different versions With Different Stuff in it Even the cpu are different & different battery size So When u buy a Velvet You Really Dont know what is going to be inside i hear. Lol great phones for $100 now
Definitely a beautiful device.I also hate cases, for todays price I can afford not to use a case..im normally an iphone user but still love & always miss the android platform..I’m buying a white one today for $125 in 8.5 out of 10 condition.I think it’s still worth using in 2023.. I’ve always been a fan of LG because they’re very affordable and soo underappreciated, kind of forgotten by a lot of people because everybody seems to be caught up in Samsung or Apple, which honestly I kind of despise both of them because they’re always so dang expensive!! also as someone who loves playing games I like the way the second screen on the Velvet can be used as a Bluetooth controller.. love the review, thanks! Absolutely what I needed to make sure it was worth hitting the buy now button! Can’t wait to get it and play around with it..
I always loved lg phones.. v10,v20g6 all very awesome. Back in 2021 when lg quit the smartphone industry I sold my velvet cuz I thought the phone won't be supported. Last week I found it was being updated to android 13, I bought a brand new for $130. I don't use 120 Hz anyways and this phone is such a beast with multimedia consumption. Amazing speakers bezeless edge to edge screen headphone jack and micro SD. Bought the fastest 128 GB micro SD card for 20 to make it into a 256 GB variant. After debloating and turning off animations this phone flies on android 13 and everything works with no issues. Camera is good in daylight and average in night time. Installing gcam app makes it appear a bit better. So glad to get back on lg velvet.
I still use my LG velvet maybe two or three times a week. Amazing design and feel I’m hand. I love the aspect ratio especially. I use it if my iPhones on the charger mid day. Now that I’m used to 120hz though the screen is a little irritating in that sense but still a great display.

Great content! Kept my mine as a backup. I always loved the camera on this device. Especially in a group setting. Charging was never an issue. Definitely worth the price 👊

MIUI has been increasingly bloating and has deplorable ram management, also.

Same same same. Idk what I'll have to upgrade to eventually. Not looking forward to it. I'm praying LG comes back before I need a new phone lol
If it only was more Hz 😭
