Love crabs. But if my grandma saw you discard the crab juice she'd wake up from her grave and say "oh hell no!" You do not throw away the crab juice. Use it for ramen, soup stock, over rice, scrambled eggs, etc.
Too much effort for a small meat. 😮 i would rather chew everything up. Simply boil and eat the whole.
Great video from Rick but why insert the inane music . Absolute torture and spoilt the experience.

My god,just introduce you to use our tools to deal with crabs called “蟹八件”, just eat the crabs more elegantly (or I will say conveniently )hhh
top tip: use an aircompressor and blow gun to get the meat out without bits of shell
Heard hundrets crabs panicking watching this video. Maybe they fled into another sea, I don't know.
Not worth it
More television please Mr Stein. You wouldn't even have to cook just travel and talk about the wine and cuisine of wherever you are. It would have been wonderful to see more of you and Floyd together on tv. I really only watch you and Marco Pierre White maybe the two of you could travel and talk about food and drink 🙂 ...wishful thinking.
