Hi Rhi Your children are all perfect and unique in their own way as all children are. I'm a mum of 3, non are on the spectrum, all completely different, all with their own challenges. I wouldn't change a single thing about my parenting journey because I cherish them all. My oldest screamed every day and clung to my leg going into school for the first 3 years ( he was fine once i left ) My youngest didn't sleep through the night until he was 18 months old ( the first time he slept 12 - 5 I thought i'd won gold ) My middle one has a few quirks lol. You just have to face every challenge and make a plan to help them. If there are any people reading who do have a diagnosis I just want to say please don't think of yourself as not 'normal' because there is no such thing, life would be very boring if everyone was the same, you are unique and precious and should be proud of who you are. x

Colic mum here with my first. It was HARD. But after the first one, I thought 'well I can handle anything now' and luckily my next 2 didn't have colic ❤

Hi Rhi 😊 I have always found your approach to be positive and respectful around your children's strengths and struggles ❤ I had been a follower of yours long before realising that I have at least one neurodivergent child and the awareness that you have brought through your channel has been such a source of reassurance to me and I really appreciate it xxx

Hi Rhi great podcast episode as someone on the spectrum I think it’s great you’re talking about autism and raising awareness of it. I think the more we talk about autism it will make the world a little bit easier and understanding for people on the spectrum, even with the struggles that come with living in a ‘neurotypical’, world. Recently I have seen some more positive representations of autism in the media I was wondering
Do you have any book, podcast or TV suggestions that you have seen based around autism? 😊

The struggles to get the correct support for Children that need any type of support is difficult and people need to be able to discuss it.
    Awareness can help other parents.
I do understand that it might be upsetting to people who are Autistic themselves but there has to be a place for parents to support each other so that we can support our Children.

Support from other parents is so important as you say, especially when the support isn't there from schools etc x

Hi Rhi, first, let me just say that you are an amazing mother and a big inspiration, at least in my home. I am a working mother of two beautiful girls and a husband, which i love endlessly. My little family means everything to me. I have always had a goal in my mind that what ever mistakes i do as a mother down the road the only thing i want to achieve is to leave my children with all the happy memories and experiences. Recently we as a family had to face a big loss of someone very important to us and that left me with a very big insecurity. I feel like i have to always be on the go, never miss a minute, not have time to myself and only time with my children so i dont miss not even one bit. Although i love every minute and appreciate everything we do i always feel like im not doing enough or i should be doing more. I know its not right and im sure theres so many mothers out there who feel this unecessary mum guilt.
P.s been saving for a year and we will be able to book our walt disneyworld vacay for april 2025. We live very far away (Cyprus) so travel from here is very expensive x
Sorry for the long comment but you make me feel like im talking to someone very understanding. keep doing you xx ❤

Feeling like you're doing everything yet it still doesn't feel like enough feels very familiar to me, please know you are not alone. I just recorded an episode about burnout that may resonate with you when it comes out xxx

I agree parenting is challenging no matter what but as long as you try to do what you hope is for the best for your children because you love and cherish them then I do not think anyone can ask any more of an individual- you are amazing ❤
