Mobifreak is a fake,chor shop.I am from Kolkata,i brought mobiles from there... they cheated with also me.Please brother go against them in court and shut down the shop.They are cheater, they don't have proper all registration for running business 👍👍
my elder brother also brought a Iphone 11 from another store,, in west bengal,, my elder brother was also provided all papers.. including original bill and cable and box with 6th month warranty.... its been 1 and half year or more. its still working as good as new not a single issue has been found in the mobile phone...(not brought from that particular store)... thank you......

you can self file a pil - public interest litigation in high or lower court in shop jurisdiction area. since this case involves fraud practices which harms the public, the court will accept this. you can self file PIL as well. check and research and apply yourself or get a lawyer friend to help you. basically you have to submit evidence and process in the format the court accepts. for that you need to go and speaks to clerks in court area. research this you will get a lot of youtube videos on this. talk to labour law advisor and other channels for more help. PIL charges are nominal.
