I personally scream it into the dark depths of the Internet, wattpad mostly, conversations boards are a great outlet, so are books and angst fics comment sections. (only when it's relevant) If you're really struggling with voicing your own issues, might I suggest writing? Fanfics were how I processed my complex feelings about finding out my dad wasn't my bio dad and that my bio dad hadn't wanted me and has already passed.

Hua Cheng, It's okay to cry. It's better than holding it all inside. Personal experience has shown that it's better to let it out than hold it in. If you don't let it out, you keep it all inside yourself without anyone's help. It's completely unhealthy. It's best to talk to someone about your feelings.
Hua Cheng literally : Imporves everything but emotionally. Yes I hate him, but his sorry ass makes me feel bad for him for no reason. (It doesn't make me hate him less)

It's easy to label such an intense character, but I think simplifying him to a romanticized "stalker" is unfair. Hua Cheng's story is marked by deep pain and a search for connection, which makes him a complex and multifaceted character. His devotion to Xie Lian is indeed intense, but it is also motivated by genuine love and deep gratitude. I believe the work invites us to look beyond first impressions and understand the nuances of his personality
