Whenever I remember the fact that hua cheng watched xie lian hey stabbed 100 times as a vulnerable ghost fire that could do nothing even if he tried, makes my gut wrench. Also I'm so glad to see a video focusing on wu ming, people tend to brush over the fact that it was the time where he saw the person he admired so much at his worse but still was willing to follow him and was willing to dirty his hands for him.
It is very heart breaking, and that’s why I made Hua Cheng seem surprised to see it, because obviously he wouldn’t want to see that again and remember how “useless” he was, but yes I agree people really needs start adding Wu Ming, he devoted himself entirely to Xie Lian even willing to give his life so easily.

People usually blame Feng Xin and Mu Qing for leaving Xie Lian alone, but fact is, each of them have their own reasons, and they're good reasons also. Mu Qing left to care for his mother. Unlike the royals, being protected from the Human Face Desease by many and many tall walls and strong security, Mu Qing's mother is just a normal woman, living amongst the civillians, and the chances of her getting the desease is extremely high. Even if Mu Qing wants to be loyal to Xie Lian and wants to serve his Highness, he choose his mother. I'd probably do the same if I was him. If you re-read TGCF, you'll see how Mu Qing was prompting them, asking the same question about leaving from 2 or 3 times. To some, it seems like he's just making sure, but to me, it seems like he doesn't really want to leave. He wanted a reason to stay, to help, and he only needs one of them (either XL of FQ) to stop him, he'd stay. He wants to feel like he's needed there, not just some kind of servant that Xie Lian can use when he needs, and throws away when he doesn't anymore. About the incident with the 33 heavenly officials, I understand why MQ did that, but I will not excuse his actions. But he still did tried to make it up by trying to help Xie Lian, attemping to explain then bringing food to their house. About Feng Xin, you non-TGCF-readers, please stop saying he left. He *stayed*, it was XIE LIAN who pressured him into leaving. He was literally kicked out, fired by XL. So he has to go. I apologize for my bad English, it's not my mother language. Nope I whole heartedly agree with everything, but Hua Cheng doesn’t see it like that unfortunately, he thinks they both left him and betrayed him so he of course hates them, and yes I know Feng Xin was technically fired, but yes I agree Mu Qing does care but you can tell how conflicted he was, he loved Xie Lian as a friend but also Loved his mother, so it was probably hard for him to choose, and of course Xie Lian was pissed about him backstabbing him and making him leave, but I’m sure Xie Lian understood why later, though not written, but yes Mu Qing and Feng Xin are both so misunderstood. But the reason I made it this way was because Hua Cheng both resented them for even leaving Xie Lian, and won’t forgive them even though Xie Lian has forgiven them and understands their reasons ^^ ty for ranting though I absolutely love ranting with people about mxtx books

No no, I totally agree, it’s just that’s not Hua Cheng’s point of view, Hua Cheng doesn’t like Mu Qing because of that, I hold nothing against Mu Qing and I fully understand that he had very good reasons to leave, he was even conflicted and didn’t want to leave Xie Lian but he needed to take care of his mother, he had a very good reason to leave. But again Hua Cheng resents him for it so that’s why it’s like that, I personally hold nothing against him ^^

Yes, I’ve shown my friends pictures of him, and asked them, and they say he looks like a girl. As long as they don’t like.. read the back or anything maybe? Idk, But I’d say your okay, my aunt was the one who bought my books and she’s very homophobic, but I’ve already got the complete series and she didn’t even know since she thought Xie Lian was a girl.
