This song hits me personally, I love a guy I know so SO much yet he likes another girl. It hurts so much hearing him talk about her, I can't stop falling deeper and deeper in love with him every moment I'm with him. It's a curse truly as I know it's unrequited, I've loved him from the start and I doubt I ever will not. She sounds like a lovely girl though, I can't bring myself to wish misfortune. Aghhh I know how it feels. I’ve liked this guy for YEARS and have had to be his comfort friend for a while. Ive helped him through so many breakups and everything. The worst part is as a gay man I assumed he didn’t like guys at all but my heart STILL refused to move on. Later he told me he did and that he had found “the guy”. It hurts me so much that it wasn’t me. They broke up recently and I don’t really know how to feel. High school is ending next year and it pains me that I won’t even have the courage to ask him out. 😞

I am Brazilian. This song looks like 'our' bossa nova. A particular style inspired to smooth jazz. Very similar but with percussion influences more perceptive with african ancestral. This is our brazilianness. Amazing combination. Thank you! Great song and performance.

Being an old dude, this music reminds me of the easy listening jazz of the 60's. A bit like a cross between 'lounge music' and 'Girl from Ipanema'. Kicking back in your stove pipe suit, with pointy toed shoes and thin black tie sipping cocktails as you watch the sunset. Wonderful to see something like this making a comeback.

Brazilians love bossa nova but no one creates it anymore, it takes people from other countries to create masterpieces so we can relive my childhood feelings of listening to a fresh bossa nova - piada nao intencional.
