It’s hidden behind a panel to the left of the steering wheel. You need to remove the torx screws that hold it in. There’s two on the bottom, one behind the headlight switch, and another that is requires the removal of the gauge cluster to access because VW hates you. Also you need to remove a crash bar to access the relays. Why oh why VW are you like this.
Nice to know the relay locations but how do l determine which is the starter relay, which number . Can anyone offer their knowledge and experience on this? Is there a relay function diagram available?

@@elmouddenrachid9037 I found that it was the horn itself. I did not need to replace the relay at all. I had to replace the high tone horn itself.

Looks like if you have this little cubby in the video you don’t need to do this, but I was not this lucky
