From the experience of the first one, I have a humble suggestion that we are going to try: Use rectangular iron instead of angle iron for the vertical posts. Welding, in theory, should be much easier.

Very well made video! I made my own incubator with very similar results. Just an FYI for others interested in using the XM-18 controller, I do not believe there is a function to turn off the turner. I had to hook a switch to the turner to turn it off during lockdown. I believe you also have a switch hooked up to your turner. Great job again!
Well done you too. Yes the XM-18 doesn't have a switch for the egg turner. So you need to loop it to a switch and turn it off manually on day 18. Thanks for pointing it out. I will add it to my explainer video

I don't have ventilation exhaust because of the high humidity we have in Ghana. For oxygen, there are enough tiny in and outlets around the machine to get enough inside.

I think you have now tried full capacity also. Any problem let me know too i am really keen on. Believe me even though i am ne to this trade, now i got hold of big farm to get eggs. that all depends on the egg tray size. I can't really remember mine and I don't have the sketch with me. but the simple rule is to leave space the size of your egg tray
the fans i think need to be put in a wall so it moves the air better, also if its near the humidity bucket the water will damage or rust the fan quicker over time. always run cold air through the fan and let it push the hot air, some people suck hot air through the fan and it overheats the fan, or hotter temperatures will cause more amperage in the wires and cost more to run or trip breaker
I have watched your video through to the end I want to construct a 1000 capacity and I want to use the engine room method. I didn't see that portion very well

yes it can. though we didn't have enough eggs to fill up the trays, we weighed one crate of eggs and filled the other crates with similar weight and tried it. the motor handled the weigh perfectly. I have to admit we didn't do this simulation for 21 days but just a few minutes
