Everyone please keep in mind that ALL art in the game right now and even the NEW heroes we see in the files are using placeholder art.Even the look they will eventually release with will be temporary models which may not just be improved but REPLACED ENTIRELY throughout the alpha and beta phases of the game. Some are more obvious than others like Yamato being a purple alien straight from Neon Prime. There are several pieces official concepts flying around for her that show different visions for her eventual Deadlock look, one would make her an entirely different character as well, new name, new voice, new background. Other heroes like Grey Talon and McGinnis stick out due to their weapons still being weirdly futuristic. Especially Grey Talon may change a lot since they already chose a voice very different to his model's character (the voice is more recent). But even heroes that seem to have been adapted to Deadlock's Occult Noir style have redesigns coming up, like Warden who is not supposed to end up as a British Bobby. And lastly, heroes that seem pretty finished in concept like Professor Dynamo will still get cleaned up at least. ALL heroes still have very basic textures, especally skin and fabric. If you are wondering how drastic some of these changes might be, look up Lion from Dota 2. He had 3 or 4 different looks throughout the beta of that game which took over two years.
most of these guys are from the old neon prime days, the most likely to come to the game is Kali Shes the newest hero that hasn't been released, astro and the others have been in game since day 1 of the closed play test so you can ignore them, but then again alot of us thought that about viscous too , we knew shiv would get in the game but his abilities were drastically different excluding the rage ability

Yamato is a seriously goofy looking mfer. But God do I love the shopkeepers lines towards her.
I can't wait to see what the future holds for this game. It's hooked me like nothing else has. Valve knows what's up.
