IMPORTANT thing to remember: They WOULDNT have to ask you questions or get YOUR "side of the story" if they had enough evidence against you to lock you up. They're counting on YOU to slip up and say something that ties you to the crime. People need to learn to KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT.
No that's not always true. They can have more than enough to lock you up and get you convicted but they want what police consider a "sure thing" and that's a confession. If they can't get that, then they look for you to lie and trap yourself by that lie, but even if you don't do any of that,, they have more than enough on you to arrest and convict you.
Cops don't have to keep reading you your rights. What the crap is that cop doing continuing to ask questions after he said he wanted an attorney? Jeff sure wasn't self snitching and nobody should no matter who you are, innocent or guilty. Keep your mouth shut and get an attorney.
JCS was the first channel to do criminal psych videos like this. Channels like EWU wouldn’t exist without them. JCS absolutely blew up, but ended up “permanently” leaving for a few years, due to getting falsely and unfairly flagged every video (They ended up coming back last year, out of the blue) But yeah, once they stopped uploading, everyone swooped in and started their own channels. Thing is, JCS’ analysis was legit as can be, whereas some of these new channels were just making shit up. Luckily there were some channels who weren’t that bad that we could watch, such as EWU.
Yeah, JCS was/is great in the videos compared to some of the click baiting stuff today. I wouldn't be shocked if the other channels were filing claims against JCS.
@@Sam11747 It was RUclips personally flagging the vids, even though JCS was following all guidelines. Other copycat channels formed after JCS announced the end of the channel. (The JCS copycats were treated normally, even though JCS followed the guidelines even more than them)
I have a theory that JCS blew up when Tony Hinchcliffe talked about the channel on The Joe Rogan Experience a few years back. I was a fan of the channel when it only had a few hundred thousand subscribers but definitely noticed an uptick of popularity after Tony mentioned it on the biggest media platform in the world.
As soon as a cop says that anything you say "can and will be used against you" anybody , (especially the guilty), should just shut their mouth after asking for an attorney. Somehow most people listen to that and think they can talk their way out of it, and end up giving them everything they need for a conviction, and lots of times they end up confessing. When somebody warns you that they intend to use your words against you, guess what,,,,THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE AND YOU SHOULD SHUT YOUR MOUTH AFTER ASKING FOR A LAWYER!!!!!
Jim Can't Swim - one of the best channels on here. You should definitely react to more. I've never been arrested and never plan to but that channel has taught me so much about police interrogation tactics and what rights you have if you're questioned or under arrest.
Lawyers aren't on call 24/7, he'll probably have to wait until morning before a lawyer is available. Even though you ask for a lawyer the police can still ask you if you want to talk and it sounds like Jeff would say yes just so he can get out of his cell and get a Coke.
@@Sandman60077 Depends on the state. Some states literally have public defenders on call 24/7 and will wake them up if they're asleep. I'm not sure if Georgia was that way at the time of Jeff's arrest. JCS is a great channel. It's too bad their videos on the Chris Watts, Jodi Arias, and Casey Anthony cases are too long for you to react to. Never knew just how truly EVIL people can be until I heard about those cases.

Darren you have to watch Bad Santa. It is hilarious. You would love it I’m sure. Billy Bob is awesome.
