- In this video I am reviewing the new CHANEL blush harmony in 798 Beige Rose Et Mauve and the 338 Parure Baroque eyeshadow palette that is part of the Byzance Fall Collection for 2023. I have created multiple looks with this eyeshadow palette in the effort to show you multiple ways that you can use this palette depending on your preference.

I purchased Beige Rosé et Mauve blusy. I have too many coral blushes so decided to pick more unique shade in my collection. It's stunning and very fall shade.

You are probably the only U.S RUclipsr to get baroque palette🤪. Lot of influencers are skipping it because they look like Christmas decorations. The red is turning people away. They could have incorporated a blue in there…… just saying.. I have plenty of reds and golds.
I’m planning on skipping all 4 palettes, but I am interested in Cristal, but I’m going to test at store first because I’m not sure If it will work on my medium with neutral skin tone 💕💕💕

I actually own all four of these Quads with Cristal and Vénitienne being my favourites for everyday looks. The other two are meant to be worn like the jewels they represent, yet I've seen only one on YT really build up the green shade intensely from Baroque. I'm still waiting for someone to use Impériale as it should be used.
It's the sparkling shades that are the highlight to these palettes, or else they would just be another regular quad. I wore Cristal a few days ago and covered the entire mobile lid with the blue shade. It is very much on the cool side and not at all a vibrant blue. The other shades are beautiful and soft. When applying the sparkling shade, try using the sponge applicator. Stamp it onto the lid first to prevent fallout and them move it to where you want it to go. So many throw out these brushes, yet they are made of much sturdier materials now and do work so much better than in days gone past. I never used them either, until several in a comments section about the Chanel Délices Quad recommended using these and they really can work. With these Byzance Quads, I won't use anything else, as the sponges apply these special shades the best. I would also suggest to not try and apply the softer rose shades over a brown base, as they just won't show up as pretty as they are. Best of luck!💖

Such a beatiful video, dear Sara!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩I also have this Baroque quad from Chanel, it's not an everyday palette indeed, i'm 53 years, having hazel/khaki eyes, but when i mix the red shade with a brown from another quad, it's super beautiful!!!! I also bought the lighter quads, really nice, for everyday, skipped the Imperial one, to much red/pink-red for me. But the quality of these quads is better, different than what Chanel made so far! I bought the same blush, i have reddish undertones in my light skintone, don't know about the other one. Loved the 2 demonstrations of this underrated quad, thank you, and have a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘

I'm not ready for Christmas Collections yet! We're still in Winter here with heaters going. Sara, you did something I don't see other Content Creators do, you showed how to use a Quad in several different ways, instead of trying to show all shades at once which can lead to disaster. You gave some different options that hopefully won't scare so many away from this beautiful Baroque Quad. As I have quite small eyes, I won't be putting the green and red on the upper lid together, but found it looked lovely on you. Isn't that antique gold beautiful? Just using that alone over the lid and either lining with the red or green from the palette or liners of your own, it's a very wearable look. Yesterday, I wore Vénitienne and the previous day Cristal. I'm trying to use the Quads in between the other palettes I've purchased. I managed to pick-up the Isamaya Ffrench Industrial Palette which I saw on eBay from Qld. That has been much fun! It was going to be Impériale today, but my throat has become inflamed again and can hardly speak. It's best to stay rugged up in bed with plenty of chicken noodle soup!
I love the blush you chose! I have some very similar shades already. As pretty as this one looked, I didn't need it. I do like the embossing, yet it can be difficult to sometimes delve in and use due to not wanting to upset it. I have five By Terry Eye Palettes that are known for their gorgeous Parisian embossings, as well as their great formula which performs wonderfully. I normally don't have a problem with using these products, yet the one with 9pans of shadow with such pretty embossings on each shade has actually prevented me from using it yet! I know it sounds embarrassing and it is, yet I'm not quite ready. I'll have to soon though, as I adore the shades!
Are you ready for the new Natasha Denona 'I Need a Nude' palette? It's like she designed it just for me. I love that the shadows are lighter in colour, especially when having smaller eyes. It still hasn't landed at Sephora yet.😢 We've had an 'Afterpay Day Sale' that has gone on over several days and ended at midnight and thought Sephora may finally release it then. Unfortunately, they haven't. I haven't yet paid full-price for a ND Palette, as they are reduced several times over the year, especially just prior to the EOFY. This was when I picked up her Purple-Blue, Metropolis and Triochrome Palettes. Yet, with her latest, I adore it so much that I have no objections to paying for it now. I suppose in no time at all, it will be the Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday and then it never stops until well after Christmas! I'm trying not to be too tempted yet, but that isn't going too well.
Congratulations on maneuvering the Baroque Quad with succes. My favourites are still Cristal and Vénitienne by themselves, yet I can still mix and match. The green sparkling shade looks amazing over the green from Baroque, so even with what you have, you can still use them together for some lovely looks. Just have fun!

@@SaraElBaff You're welcome, but you're the one who created the looks! Somehow, I think Baroque will be used quite a lot at Christmas time! That's if anyone else works out how to use it. It must be very different having Christmas in the Winter. I still haven't experienced a 'white Christmas' but hope to one day. It did snow lightly one Christmas back in the late 90's on Mount Hotham and surrounds in Victoria, where I live near the base. Yet it really wasn't worth driving all that way up the mountains just to see something as common as snow. I'd love to experience something like the Christmas Markets they have in Germany, where you're sure to get the entire experience.
So glad you're happy with purchasing Baroque. The Collection had a theme and I do feel that most missed out on this by playing it safe. I don't expect everyone to like more intense looks, yet it's always different when it comes to other palettes. I feel they were unsure of what to do because it was Chanel offering up these lovely shades. I'm sure you'll love using these, just as I am.💖

I don’t have a primer on in this video and normally don’t for my reviews since I want to show you what the shadows look like on their own. Even then my makeup stayed put all day. I can imagine with a primer they would be even more vibrant
